If you're already signed up for rake back with another skin, is it possible to participate in the ipad2 promo? The offer is through an affiliate and not Lock Poker itself, correct?

Does anyone who has played with lockpoker know how long it takes them to process withdrawls with moneybookers.Looks like i got 2 options for withdrawl either moneybookers or cheque.I made my deposits with moneybookers so i figured i would get a quick creditback like i do with stars but they says it takes 72 hours to process.
I'm a non american player will post up if i get withdrawl done within the 72 hours they say.

I have decided to play at lock poker. I went to try and deposit using my visa, which obviously didn't work. My only other options are click to pay, which doesn't allow people from US to register, usemywallet, and cash transfer. I went to the usemywallet site and didn't know how to register, and would rather not do cash transfer. I got an email from lockpoker telling me an to use MyVoucher. I googled it and didn't find anything useful. So I just need help depositing on there if anyone can walk me through it that would be great. I figured this would be faster than emailing their support.

BamBam, I'm the Poker Room manager over at Lock Poker. I would recommend contacting support. I know you came here looking for a faster method, but they will be able to walk you through it pretty quickly. I've talked to people who have had luck calling their Visa company and telling them to authorize the transaction as well as using UseMyWallet. I played on lockpoker about six months ago until i wanted to cashout and that did not happen. i am still waiting.. I guess if you score big you cannot have your money there.. Good OlD LOCK POKER!

Only a matter of time till this site is completely shutdown.. I would tell people to hesitate to deposit there because 1 they dont pay, and 2 Feds will bust them shortly and then you will all be crying about more stuck money..

Can you please explain.....i deposited cash beginning of this month to try merge network on lockpoker with the nutsipad2 promo.

pretty simple.. i deposited a couple times, no issue via Visa.. i ran up my roll to 5 digits +.. i requested withdrawals.. never recieved still..

I have heard the site is having money issues and is almost insolvent now.. and i would not be surprised if these recent seized accounts also impact them and other sites since they all use the same people...

The site is a NO PAY for me, maybe its because i have a large amount.. but just saying be careful..

if you are serious about playing poker for a living then move somewhere where they will take you .. otherwise id say try some place else..

i emailed support told me to send them id and their verification 3 days ago so i can cash some money out...its been 3 days since i sent them the information to both their security email address and the support one, and nothing...also their 24/7 live support is never available so thats a great deal of help as well.

I forgot to mention this because its the same as mentioned above too.. I have NEVER been able to raise a chat session, the "24/7" chat is never available. always prompt email within an hour though.

perhaps the lock rep can tell me what is taking them so long? i sent a follow up yesterday because i read how fast they were in responding but still nothing.

On the e-mail they send it just gives the city's name. But on the pop-up or somewhere on the cashier when you are doing it the instructions include the name of the country.

It is not always the same person in the same town. That was just the one set up for your deposit. And you can still probably go back to the store and send that money if you want.

Thanks for the help, support actually got back rather quickly. I set up a quicktender account and tried to put money on there but even there my card got declined. I am not sure as to what to do now.

I also joined for thenuts ipad promo -- I have conflicting reports that there is no expiration date, or it's May 31st. Rizen can you confirm? Game availability is tough at the stakes I prefer on Lock but they were tough-ish on FT, so no surprise on Lock obv. It'll be tough to grind the iPad though by May31st for me personally.

Cash transfer was IMO the best option on FT, and continues to be on Lock. There is a fee, but its fixed and kinda insignificant versus the advantages. Again PM me with questions.

If this is really true PM me with your e-mail address you signed up for Lock Poker on and I will talk to them. I've NEVER heard of this kind of thing on Lock. Everyone I've talked to who has played there has been super happy with both support and cash out times.

I've played on Lock since March 2009, long before I was the poker room manager there and have never had issues with cash outs.

So, if this is a serious issue, please PM me and I will get to the bottom of it.

As far as the 24/7 live support goes normally it is VERY good but obviously the last week or so we've had VERY high volume. We are working on getting the times down and normally the e-mail responses go out in a very reasonable time frame (hours, not days).

I believe check will be the only option available to you unless you deposit with another method. I made a small deposit via UseMyWallet (I think it was like $10) to make that available to me and it is what I use. There is a small check fee ($15). There are no fees that i'm aware of for the eWallet options.

For the iPad promo, you have 60 days from the time you signed up to clear it.

I thought the ipad2 promo was through the affiliates. If someone signs up for Lock Poker, not through an affiliate, and clears the promo in 60 days, then the ipad is ours?

No, I think i posted this above, when you use the ipad promo you dont get a deposit bonus. The deposit bonus will be on the first deposit AFTER you clear the iPad bonus. And if you sign up for the iPad bonus the rakeback doesnt count towards your ipad clear. So you need to rake ~$1540 to "rake" $1000 since youd be getting the ~$540 in RB. Just wanted to clarify, this was confirmed by a admin on their site via email.

Rizen, so I should ignore the May 31st fine print everywhere on the iPad2 promo literature? If i signed up on April 18th I have 60 days from then to earn the iPad2? (i.e. till midnight on June 16th)

That part is a bit of a (-) in my book. So Lock definitely gets dinged for that. I got nothing at FT except FTP's though, so overall no complaints whatsoever. "Just" a misleading ad. Hopefully thats the only negative, if I'd have known that before my deposit I may very well have changed my mind. But now that I'm on I'm happy. I guess if anything this is 100% proof that the ad worked, eh? :-P

1. Can I see the value of my VIP points in cash before exchanging them?

2. Will the exchange effect rakeback or bonuses in any way?

Maybe they've changed the promotion now but this was NOT was I had to to (I already completed the promo). I had to get 6500 VIP points which is really $1000 rake and got 35% rakeback from that. (so only $650 actual rake)
