i made a few deposits on lock poker. ithe last deposit i made was on 7-31-2012 and it was never credited to my account. i try the live chat with no results and no one ever calls back from the 800 number. i am desperate for some help. anyone else have the same issues at all?

I'm verified, so not positive about that. I don't think anyone needs to be verified to transfer, just to withdraw. If in doubt, just try $1 as a test or email support.

I'm now completely convinced that Lock Poker is a scam. I won a big MTT, and immediately, they froze my account. I keep getting that ridiculous 212 error-- DESPITE the fact that I've verified my account with them in the past, and also went through the hassle of doing it again, this time including another piece of verification. Repeated messages to customer service go unanswered. I have a nontrivial amount of money at the site that now I can't even cash out-- because they won't let me into my account.

Starting to sound like Full Tilt all over again.

The funniest thing is that they bought the Cake network which has Intertops poker on it and Intertops has awesome live customer support and checks take less than two weeks. It's way overdue that Lock talked to the other skins it owns and find out how they can get their customer support and cashouts even close to on par because right now Lock sucks a bag of dicks. I've played on Lock a lot in the last 6 months. They have made a ton of rake off me and yet they don't give a flying crap about keeping their customers happy. They are about to lose a good customer. GG Lock.

Cake also has some really fast support times. Usually under 10 minutes, sometimes under 2.

lock uses fpps to clear a bonus can anyone tell me where to find my fpp total? i have emailed support 3 times and they give me a cookie cutter answer and send me a link telling me how they are earned. I just wanna see the total
