I dont remeber how i signed up for lock poker. I wanted to know about there rakeback. They told me to check with my via affiliate. Who is my affiliate exactly? Is my affiliate cake poker because i have a account with them? They said since i have a account with cake poker with rakeback, i cannot have a account with lock poker with rakeback. Cake poker cashouts take too long 4 and half months. I wanted to move to lock for faster cashouts. I will end up stop playing on cake because of this and not play on lock if i cant get rake back. What is a US player suppose to do? I guess play live. Any Suggestions?

I think it is, but it's completely pre rakeback, so you could be down while your actual balance is up.

I have been playing online poker for many years and have never witnessed such a poorly run site. Anyone know who regulates Lock? Is it still KGC?

I've compared it many times to my HM stats and they seem pretty accurate.

havent seen my ronin payments, despite shane and rizen's help. Its the end of the month, so I will assume I won't. Can't trust this site, they take 1 step forward and then 1 right back.

Over 2months now and this issue is still not resolved. I was a black elite on lock before the switch so I think you guys are costing yourself a lot of money by not making this a priority

Seems like one time a response comes in minutes and another time it takes days, if a response comes at all. Makes no sense! I would think with any customer service there would be someone superving the front line people...time for a new supervisor!!!!
