I have been getting hourly rakeback payments. Honestly I would prefer the lump sum at the end of the day, but this is an issue not worth complaining about when there are bigger problems to worry about like support and cashouts.
I don't see any real positive to being paid -slower- other than having more "oversight" on how much you got. You can still calculate it quite easily if you go to your Reports page and sort the payments by name so you can find the Rakeback payments easily between all others. (ronin/deposit bonus..)
Shane why havent lock given me my money from the day before the switch yet. I was raked for about $300 the day before the switch from merge. Now I was a black elite when this happened and still have not seen any rakeback for that day.
I have exchanged pms with you several times and emailed lock over 10 times. Unfortunately you have not responded to my last 3 pms I sent you. Please clear this up for me cuz I would really like to play on lock but I refused to do so till I get my money

We are also looking to clean up the reports page so these things are clearer for players to see.

that site is becoming a terrible suckout joint -- each hand has usually 2-3 pocket pairs, and one player seems to have 80% of all the chips by the time half are gone.

Received a cash out, emails being responded to, switched to VIP (after trying for 20+ days)... and all in the same week. Is it Xmas in July on Lock?!?!
Seriously though, been so messed up, it's kinda sad that I'm so elated over what should be standard .
