Yes, I am worried about my little cash out as well. It was approved about 3 or 4 weeks ago. They said it was supposed to be here at a given time, but wasent.

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

EVERYONE don't waste your time waiting for your checks, the checks are not going through.

The site is going under, I had one $3,000 check bounce for insufficient funds. Deposited another one, and my account is on hold for the check is linked to a "fraudulent or nonexistent account."

Lock poker has decided to ignore me, after first saying this is an "urgent matter" and the cashier manager will contact me immediately. That was 3 days ago, 5 days after my original email. I am getting screwed by lock, and all of you will too.

It is probably too late to get your money out of lock, so all i can say is to not put another dime in there.

banned??? why is everyone sayin I'm a shill wtf?

This is how urgent matters are taken care of? It has been almost a week since this happened and a full day since it has been an "urgent" matter. I am getting fees for all this too, am I supposed to take care of that as well?

Hi,

I have assigned this as a matter of urgency to my cashier manager.

Thank you so much for your patience.

So do you plan on not responding to my previous emails about a 2,975 dollar bounced check? Do you guys think this will look good on every poker forum, that you not only send out phony checks but then ignore PAYING customers' inquiries about why the checks aren't going through? It seems like reputation is the key to a successful poker site and I want yours to be really good because that means bigger tournaments, so I will give you guys some slack on this but if I don't get a concrete, resolute, response to this soon I will feel seriously wronged.

Please feel free to call, my number is 312 *** ****

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

Yet Lock Poker so easily accepts deposits. And guys like Rizen who I use to respect sold his soul knowing full well it's a crap site at best and fraudulent at worse (although if I had a family and couldn't really grind poker much I may also have sold my soul). And the MODs probably enable all of this to go on since there is a financial stake for 2p2. I could be and really wish I were wrong but I'd bet 3:1 this site is insolvent when time comes, similar to FTP.

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

Again people, although it's been covered to death already and if you've been playing for any length of time online you'd know that Stars and FullTilt sent bad checks too, but checks bouncing has nothing to do with a site "going under." They can't pay you from their "Lock Poker, Inc." checking account. They setup payment processor accounts all over the country (and sometimes world) that are regularly getting shutdown or seized by the government. And some processors are just plain shady (hence why they're willing to process poker payouts despite UIGEA), and cut & run. When that happens, those checks bounce.

So for US payouts, bounced checks are just a cost of doing business and while highly aggravating, should not be a cause for concern. Stars and FT always made it right when it happened to them. Several months ago the Merge cashier went through a rash of bounced checks, and they made it right (AFAIK). And although Lock has been slower to acknowledge the situation, I fully expect they'll make it right too. So gripe at them about being slow, but spreading FUD about them "going under" based on a bounced check is just being ignorant.

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

do you need to "get verified" or do anything on lock before being able to receive ptp transfers? going back to america for the summer so thinking of playing there.

Also so is the WU thing for everyone or how does that work?

I'd like to deposit here but I have a stupid $12 play through casino bonus that is (for some silly reason) preventing me from depositing.

You can receive transfers unverified, but need to be verified to send transfers.

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

ok, well i'll get ahold of them and see if theres a way i can verify and get everything sorted out before.

What about WU, is this available to everyone now? or only the people that had been around along time? Do you need to deposit via WU to be able to cash out via it?
