You can exchange points in your vault. Your vault can be accessed via the STATS page (click on bottom right in the client on STATS) or via http://admin.lockpoker.eu and logging in there. The vault is along the top nav. If you don't have a vault PM or e-mail me at rizen@lockpoker.com and I'll help you get one set up, in there you can exchange points for cash at a rate of .01/pt

Anybody have success with the bank transfer. Submitted one on 2/26 and still waiting. Have contacted them multiple times and not gotten anywhere. Help would be appreciated as I'm starting to lose hope

I think they said they all should be processed by the end of this week, which it is already Friday so I don't know. I know that they aren't doing bank wires anymore though, so maybe they are just going to return the money back to your poker account.

Same here as far as not yet receiving wire transfer. History says my withdrawal was processed on 2/27, but have yet to receive funds in account.

So withdrawing with check,is their a fee.I thought i heard that you get 1 free per month.So does that mean like the fee is reinbursted or something.

If you can't pm yet, try searching imjustshane, look up his public profile, click contact info and send him an email. He'd probably get to you in the morning at the latest anyways but if you want to save both ya'all some time you can email him what's up and what he'd ask for probably anyways, which most likely your user id & email. I don't think they want you posting your email on the open forum though.

The sure way is to do Western Union. Simply go to deposit on Lock and tell them how much you want to deposit. They will give you a name and a place to send it to. Get the cash and wire one-day to that name and address. You have to pay like $12 to wire $250+. Once you wire it, you will get a WU number. Take that number ( I think it is about ten digits) back to Lock and enter it into Lock deposit Western Union. You should get a deposit within 30 minutes. If you cannot do Western Union you should probably not be playing poker.

I heard of another way but have not tried it. Gp Walgreens and buy a preloaded Vanilla Visa International version. You can download $500 for $5. Then use that card to download to Lock via Visa. I have never tried it but make sure you use the international version--Vanilla Visa.

If you enter a rebuy tourney, you can use your points to rebuy more chips. That is real money and a good use of your points.

I believe if you get rackback, you do not get as many points. Lock Poker has info on their site.

Rizen--I bought a new computer and I have been trying to download the Lock software for days. I have played on Lock for a year and when I enter my name, it says the name is already on the system. I turned off my malware and my animations, lowered my graphics and I am getting nowhere.

Can anyone help me on this? I play everyday on Lock.
