You cannot withdraw from the poker side. You must transfer your funds to the Casino side. From there if you are a US player, your only option is courier check, which has a minimum withdraw amount of $500 plus $25 fee (which is suppose to be later reimbursed). There are other options but only for non-US players.
Furthermore, I attempted to spend some of my points at the Lock Store. Upon entering the final confirmation page to order the item, I click the button but it seems to have no effect whatsoever. It's either extremely poorly coded page or somehow intentional.
In short, you can't withdraw unless > $500 and willing to wait however long for the check. As of 1/30/12 you cannot order any items with the point you've earned as you'll just be stuck on the same page and nothing happens (I am very computer literate fwiw).
As a US player I obviously no longer have any interest in this site due to this. But being a public forum I felt obligated to post my experience.
P.S. I have withdrawn successfully in the past (circa June 2011). Things have changed.

Duncelanas covered your post pretty well, but seriously, please don't post negative information about Lock like this until after you get your facts right.
It's very true that Lock has struggled to win my support over the past few months. I make a living off of poker, and I've played almost 50,000 sngs on Lock. If somebody asked me to give an overview on how good the site is, I would give it a marginal to good rating, but the fact is, it is absolutely your best option as a US player, hands down, especially now that they've drastically improved withdrawals (or so it seems--we'll see how efficient they stay over the next few months). The site is far from the likes of Pokerstars, but they have improved things over the past few months, and I can honestly say I wouldn't feel bad recommending to somebody to make a deposit on Lock at this point.
