Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

Mike, I am interested in getting paid, of course. But I'm not terribly concerned about it. Lock is obviously paying....albeit slowly. And you are obviously an idiot.

I have no interest in messaging you my user-name nor in playing you heads-up or whatever it is you are suggesting.

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

Lock support has been fine for me. Whenever I shoot them an email I generally hear back with 24hrs or sooner. For the current climate we play in, I think they've done as good a job as possible. Obv we all want 72hr wire transfers, checks, cash to card, ect......But its just not realistic. Hopefully things will become smoother with time.

Has anyone cashed out a check since 7-31 and had it approved?

Mike,

If you have read all of the posts, then you know lots of people have successfully withdrawn. I personally have done so three times with no problems. When playing on Full Tilt and Pokerstars, I was required to send in verification documents, so I'm not sure why you have a concern about that. I was able to deposit with no problems. Support response has not been consistent, but it has gotten better recently.

Just my 2 cents...

I requested a check on 8/1. To date, the status has gone from "Requested" to "Authorized". As of today, it has changed to "In Progress". I assume that means the check is going out today and will be received this week.

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

I think most of the other people have pretty well covered everything else, so I'm not going to go line for line unless you're unhappy with any of the answers.

On #3, the facebook account isn't ours but belongs to an affiliate I believe. I don't believe we actually manage a facebook page. If you get me the location of the page though I can look into it and make sure whoever is running it isn't censoring it or running it improperly. I've NEVER been asked to censor anything here on this forum nor have I, and I have a hard time imagining that they'd heavily censor the facebook page as well.

I think the rest was pretty well covered. I'm sorry you feel that some of the things are shady/ghetto. The casino deposit option as well as the casino cash out options are things we put in place to help our customers get money on and off the site easier, but if you do everything through the poker side you never interact with the casino or JDB services.

On the support issues if you're having issues please let me know the specifics as well as your lock username/e-mail via either PM or e-mail (rizen@lockpoker.com) and I'll follow up. Be sure you're checking your spam/junk folders as well please.

HERE IS MY TESTIMONIAL:

ALL THE REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT PLAY ON LOCK POKER:

1) DEPOSITING IS A HASSLE.
-If were smart, you would have deposited using pre-paid visa card. Note: You can't use the pre-paid card # straight out of the store. You have to register it then have it sent to you before you can use it to deposit. Once you have the card, you have to deposit on the Lock Casino side then transfer it over to the poker side of the client. Kinda ridiculous.

2) YOU HAVE TO GET VERIFIED
-And send in documents. Never needed to happen on UB, Poker Stars, or Full Tilt.

3) SUPPORT IS UNRELIABLE
-Have a question? Too bad. They'll respond to you if they feel like it. I went on the Lock facebook page to add some constructive criticism. My comment got deleted IMMEDIATELY. I wish support@lockpoker.com was that quick.

4) PAYOUTS?
-I'm currently waiting on my first payout. It's been 4 weeks. Yes I'm anxious and no it does not help that Lock support is the most garbage thing ever. Somebody in an earlier post said their checked bounced from Lock. Worried? I am.

5) SHADY AFFILIATES
-When I cashed out, I received an e-mail from JDB services saying my payout is to be approved. Just google JDB services. Tell me it isn't the most ghetto website ever.

I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY WANT TO BELIEVE THAT AMERICAN PLAYERS CAN STILL EARN MONEY DOING SOMETHING THAT THEY LOVE. BUT LOCK POKER IS RUINING MY HOPES. I WILL POST AGAIN IF I GET MY PAYOUT. HOPE THIS HELPS AND SAVES YOU SOME TIME, STRESS, AND ENERGY.

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

Sorry, weekends are my family time so I don't monitor things as closely then. If all your HEM hands are importing just fine there is a good chance HEM is moving them to another folder after processing. If you're not able to find them period I will find out where they go on Macs. I know on PCs they are in c:\program files\LockPoker\history

I can find out on Macs, let me know if that's what you need.

Thanks

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

iPad promo - Rizen
(I'm not sure the best way to contact you so also sent this to your PM's)

I signed up, completed the promo within a week, and 3 months later and at least 40 emails later, I'm still no closer than I was before. Whoever 'Emily Hope' is - she is an absolute disaster, returning 3/32 emails (evenly spaced out about every 4 days).

You are pretty much my last hope here and I'm trying to figure out what my next action is. I've told everyone that I'm willing to take the cash equivalent because I understand there are delays with the iPad. However as soon as I brought this up, lock support stopped answering my emails.

I posted something on 2+2 about this in another thread and was referred to you.

Hoping you can help,
Thanks
JR

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

I have to say that I am starting to get a lil nervous about having money on Lock and merge in general.

Merge seems like a network where no one knows what is really going on. They will also snap change a rule/bonus and not inform anyone about this. And the time frame they give for pretty much everything is never correct.

My general feeling is that merge keeps their customers in the dark about things while the company is still reading business 101 books from a community college.

None of this is aimed at you Rizen, im not one to kill the messenger.
