Thanks Rizen, really appreciate what your doing and helping everyone out to expedite the processes with lock which is why I switched over from RPM. I just checked again and my check was approved about 25 minutes ago! I was worried it wasn't gonna be in todays batch and wait another week thanks for the support and help!

sad day for lock poker's support, at least in this regard.
I do know that the Apple fulfillment center said it would take 2 weeks to fulfill the orders then they would start shipping. you should be getting tracking #s when they ship, and I would anticipate the first people to start receiving tracking #s this week as the first order was made the first week of June.

Thanks

Re: Lock Poker / LockPoker

I requested a check by courier Saturday. It says "In Progress" right now. How will this work? I will not be around for the next week. Is this check just going to come in the mail or will someone have to sign for it?

I just wanna make sure I get it.

FEDEX. u should get an email when its being shipped and it will no longer be in ur "pending" withdrawls at that point. within 24-48 hrs after that, u should get another email w/tracking#. signature is required.

It comes via FedEx, you do have to sign for it. If you aren't there you can pick it up at the FedEx office or they often leave something on your door you can sign and they'll just drop it off the next day.

if you won't be in town I would recommend calling your local FedEx and seeing if you can leave some sort of note on the door or sign something that authorizes them to drop it off there, or just plan on having to get it once you get back

they will leave a note if ur not there and re-deliver it once or twice. u can also leave a note that u will pick it up at the FEDEX office and they will just hold it for u automatically. GL.

Cool.

Yeah. I am not in a rush really. I leave Wednesday and will be back in one week so I suppose I will just pick it up at the local fed ex office or wherever when I get back from D.C.

I suppose I could also have my roommate sign for it if he is there.

I think the handling of reducing it to Black Elite VIP level rewards was a fine compromise (as I assume you were not already Black Elite level so you still got more rewards than you would have based on our 'glitch' but not the absurd amount that doesn't make sense).

I'm following up on how it was handled right now and would have done that regardless of any additional information here. Part of my role as the Poker Room manager is that I'm an advocate on behalf of the players, and as someone who played professionally online for a # of years I know how serious it is when the funds in your account change with no communication. At this point I cannot verify any of the communication or non-communication on this particular issue, but if there truly was no communication that's not okay and I would certainly understand any player's frustration with that. I don't understand frustration and not getting to keep 500% rakeback, but I certainly understand frustration if there was no communication on the issue.

Thanks

I was Black Level before this mattered was addressed, but whatever it's over. Thanks for straightening it out for me. I don't appreciate being told that I "took the site for 6200" as JHUB put it, and I told him so.

he maybe worded it wrong. u tried to take the site for $6200.

the 25 extra hours u played was for a reason. just stop it.
