Not sure if its been asked again, but just wanted to confirm that we still get 1 free check withdraw per week, even with the new check by courier option?

with the new check by courier it is 1 free check per MONTH

sorry tcope, can you clarify? So if I make a 100 dollar withdraw, I should have 125 in the casino account?

I have a pending WU cash out got an email 6 days ago asking if a money gram is ok i replied yes. It said it would take a day or two. I have received no emails telling me what is going on. I emailed and asked if there is an issue and if i need to cancel it to get a check by courier instead. Still no response. Anyone else having or had this issue??? thanks for any advice.

hey guys sorry if this has been asked is locked taking new us customers now and if not is there a timeframe they will be accepting new accounts?

yes, if it is your 2nd w/d... ur first w/d is free.. the 2nd check would cost u $25, which from what i experienced tonight, must be left in your casino account (if that is the account ur w/d off of).

We are not taking new US customers right now. I've been told it will be about 4 weeks before we start taking them again.

You can track your progress on the 'bonuses' section of the 'player admin' (accessed at the bottom of the poker client). $1000 in rake mean if you're playing tournaments or sit n gos if they are $10 + $1 it's the + $1 part that is the rake, so in tournaments it's going to be a lot closer to $10k in buy ins depending on what levels you play at (higher buy ins often have lower rake as an overall % of the buy in). Please let me know if that doesn't make sense.
