Just attempting to clarify this with updated information: This site (LockPoker) does NOT require that you go through any identification verification to receive a withdrawal check, correct?

Thanks in advance...

edit: Oh, also - I'm in New York State. I'm good to go here if I make a deposit?

Correct about the identification verification not being needed. However, I would really hold off on depositing to be completely honest. While you can surely make your own decisions, there are a lot of players who haven't been paid in a long while. While there are still people who play, and maybe things COULD turn around, I would honestly suggest waiting until withdrawal requests are being recorded/witnessed on a regular before putting money on this site. I'd hate to see more players go through the struggles most of us have.

I appreciate the heads up and the information.

It's just hard to find something that doesn't require verification (I can do this but I'd rather not wait you know) and is allowed in NY State, you know?

Hopefully someone over at Lock sees this. I'm about to plop down money here and I'm getting cautionary tales. Obviously, they exist for a reason.

Dear Lord don't deposit on Lock, they are shady as hell and the poker community should not be rewarding them with our hard earned money when there are other sites who don't lie to their customers on a daily basis.

That might mean you have to do something like verify your ID, but it's a small price to pay under the circumstances (IMO).

LOL...I didn't. A few nice folks around here kindly held me up and told me the state of things in the marketplace right now.

I went to BCP. I have money on BCP now and next week I'm going to put more on BCP and some on TruePoker to start really feeling my way around things in this new..."hobby" of mine.

But...yeah. It's just ridiculous that we have to go through all of this to sit and play cards with each other online. I can't wait until we move past these moral high ground dark ages.

I have no idea how either of those sites really stack up but as long as you aren't rewarding Lock it's a positive, IMO.

And yeah, our nanny government is annoying as hell.

Let's face it. The internet gambling ban isn't really about being a nanny state. It is really about them being pressured by the existing casino industry and being worried about tax dollars. The Nevada congressional delegation HATES the idea of legalized internet poker.

There might be a couple "batches" guys but it will go back to non-payment immediately after, dont be fooled.

I hate to say it to you guys, but I know this with 100% certainty, Lock is going out of business. Do NOT play on here. LOCK WILL BE SHUT DOWN! In my experience, the following has happened around 10 times with other igaming sites and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have gone out of business. Every single time!

Heres what the red flag pattern is: the numbers on the backend that average in the thousands or tens of dollars each month, suddenly drop and are now down in the pennies. This is a HUGE indicator of the rest of Locks profits coming in, or LACK there of. Do NOT play on here people, you'll be sorry.

One thing that has bothered me and why I'm outing them finally is they are lying to you and I have proof. I'll be happy to divulge this. Just please STOP listening to their lies about "it will improve soon", it wont! They lie to their affiliates too. Shane Bridges has NEVER done ANYTHING he's promised to do! I won't go into details but simple put, he's the biggest bull****ter I've ever "worked" with of all time.

Please tell everyone you know or see playing on their software to stop playing and to just try to cash out. Be a good person and warn people. Just log on simple to sit and warn in the chat, people will appreciate it and you're doing a good cause. If you have money, sell your money for anything that you can at this point and STOP playing, you are supporting criminals.

You may think I'm just mad or something but Im honestly not. I just decided its best to out them than to see them continue to collect money and party in castles with their customers money and after the latest thing I uncovered, it sent me over the edge.

See, you're not allowed to bad mouth them as part of their affiliate terms, its in their agreement that you will be terminated. StillShadow is a well known affiliate that was screwed by them. Do your research. They will run this business into the ground for as long as they can collect and then run off, trust me. Again this is my 10 years experience. Sorry to be bearer of bad news but I had to write this.

Well, after I looked into things I have to once again thank those who forewarned me.

There is a definite pattern here and where there's billows of smoke - there's usually a fire of some sort.

I'm genuinely sorry for people who have a nice bankroll sitting on one of these sites and simply can't withdraw from it. IMO - you're being stolen from.

Why should people sell their money instead of trying to cash out?
What should those who are buying Lock $ do with it if they should not play and need to rake 15% of the amount they received per transfer before they are allowed to request a withdrawal?

Since the last update the software has been really buggy, constantly not showing me when i'm some of my games is running and people blinding me off. Also, often it shows an error when my game starts and by the time i restart the software, i've lost a portion of my stack! This is getting annoying already! Fix your software, LOCK !

I wasnt taking any chances waiting for them to collapse while my withdrawal is in limbo. Its not much to some but i had 9k on lock. I have a daughter on the way and that money would have been real nice!! I ended up selling it at 35-40 cents on the dollar. Its depressing but it would have taken me 2 years at the speeds i see!! Glad to say i got an invite to intertops and am done with the lock madness!!! Good luck to everyone waiting for their money! I truly pray you guys get it, and pray the owners of lock get what they deserve! I believe in karma

That's horrible. Congratulations on your incoming daughter lol. Too bad you didn't get to pull out your entire 9k considering it's YOUR MONEY.
