its been a month without few days (26th february) when i cashout from lock poker through skrill (moneybookers) and till this moment the moneys are still at lock poker's transfer departement

i send them over 6 10 emails and all emails are the same only few words changed

they say sorry and do their best and the transfer during 7 to 15 days without weekends and
> will review your request shortly and you will be notified by email when
> your payout has been processed.

a skrill transfer during maximum 30 seconds and after one month they still cant handle it

if you want to open an account to them take this in consideration, if you have some problems and need money dont count on them when you cashout

have a good day

Ive never seen someone come back and say Shane actually helped them FYI...many who come back later and say he did nothing or even made the problem worse.

This guy keeps saying "check" and you are talking about WU. Which is it?

Pretty sure the guy is just trolling at this point though...

Look at his posting history.

He ripped off juicy stakes by doing a chargeback, then tried to freeroll them. Now he's trying to angle Lock too I'm sure.

Hopefully he never gets paid.

The only cashout he had in progress was the WU, he had no check.

Shane has actually been very helpful to me on numerous occasions but in general people don't feel the urge to come back to a forum to say "thank you" once their issue has been resolved (or very few do).

Many of them with a good reasoning cause if you had to wait 12 weeks or longer on your withdraw which should take a lot less then many think "why should I thank them, took long enough to get it". Others are just rude in the first place and would never come back to say thanks anyway.

Don't get me wrong I'm the last one to say that payouts are currently handled within an acceptable time frame but we all know that Shane is not in a position to change these things and I really wouldn't want his job but saying he doesn't do anything (as many on this forum do) isn't correct either. Don't even want to know how many emails he gets per day.

So here is my recent support history:

Lock P2P scammer reported = Scammer account on hold within hours
Affiliate payments question = Being looked at, all good.
Withdraw request = Only talked to support and you all know what they said

If so then that's bullcrap, because I requested before you did, and I have yet to receive mine. So did you receive your cashout?

Shane has been very helpful for me as well. Timely also.

I've tried posting in the threads and sent numerous e-mails as well, can I get some help with this?
04-20-2013 , 11:21 AM
yeh i wrote to shane on skype and he helped me instantly. Money was in my bank after 3 days. Awesome, thank you Shane

I agree with people generally, I would hate to be in Shane's position, Im sure he receives so many angry emails everyday but he remains friendly and seemingly professional in the face of angry and insulting comments. I can appreciate that!

Unfortunately, I am coming up on 5 months since asking for a check and am still without. I posted asking for Shane's help, obviously it would be impossible to read and respond to every post, he has not yet responded. So I emailed him to see how to get a hold of him or ask for help, he has not responded. This is not a thread dogging him as I said I know hes in a tough spot.

For those of you who have been helped by Shane I just want to know how to get in touch with him...

Thank you

I guess Shane will see your post here but you could always email shane@lockpoker.eu (again).
