Lock Poker Happy Hour

First questions - does the double points count towards deposit bonus and Lock Lotto?

And thanks for the promo.

Thx, wonder if it applies to all or only the ones who receive a courtesy email?

Odd, takes more effort to not send it to all players than it does to mass mail out to us.

not the best times tho 9am to 1pm for Australians seems kinda wasted considering who wakes up that early.... but prob peak times for Americans

6 am is peak time for poker players at 6 am PST???

They're obviously trying to increase traffic during non-peak hours so by it's very nature, most players aren't going to be thrilled with the time allotment for the Happy Hours.

I'm going to make the fair assumption and say: the points are double -points- only, and literally nothing more than that. No double rakechase, no double bonus clearing, just double the points gain, aka from ~5% return to ~10% return extra as a Rakeback player (from points purely) and from 10% return to 20% return extra as a VIP player (from points purely).

This looks like more than enough to me, alongside their other crazy promo's/rakeback. If it IS double bonus and/or rakechase aswell.. wow, lol :D

just a thought, but why would they put on added incentive for non-peak times...kinda the idea i would think to spur action when normally its dead; just a thought though

Re: Lock Poker Happy Hour

are the double pts only on the red highlighted happy hour tables or all of them...sorry to have to ask, but once again...some of us didn't get emails.

Thx,
John

I didn't get an email either.

Re: Lock Poker Happy Hour

Damn, if it's only separate tables then it sucks. Especially considering there already are special tables for Double Agent so there is not much point to play them.

jamthe3 12-07-2012 06:06 AM

Re: Lock Poker Happy Hour

yeah, i need to ask i guess since i've noticed the highlighted tables implying something unique...seeing as i only warrant being deleted from a mass email list instead of being included, lol.

Can points be used for anything other than converting to cash and buying stuff in the store?

Can they be used to buy in to tournaments?

Wow was gona start to play now to take advantage of the promotion and just saw the red highlighted tables.. Do the double points only count on these?! If so this promotion makes no sense at all, all the red tables are empty!

Re: Lock Poker Happy Hour

Whats the point in having "Double Agent" and "Happy Hour" tables if no one ever plays on them?

UrMoneyPays4 12-07-2012 11:32 AM

For those who didn't receive the email, I never used to receive them either. Then a month ago I started to get them, they end up in my spam folder though. So I'm sure the promo applies to everyone, but I have no clue why the email list works like it does.

Re: Lock Poker Happy Hour

I didnt play any tables that was highlighted as Happy Hour but I just checked my account and I was credited the total amount of points I accumulated during that time period. But if I dont need to play on the Happy Hour tables then what is the point of them?

Re: Lock Poker Happy Hour

Why is there uncertainty with every Lock promo? I am starting to think they do it on purpose to get people talking. But it makes them look so unprofessional.
