It was time for an update of our FAQ so here it is. Will continue to update it as I we go along with more answers to common problems.

Q: How do I access live chat support

Q: When is live chat support available
A: Live chat is available from 7pm GMT - 8am GMT (Convert to your local time here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)

Q: How do I switch between Rakeback or VIP
A: You can contact support, or you can also email or PM me.

Q: Where are my rakeback and rake chase payments paid?
A: Your player account, you can check them in your ledger here: https://admin.lockpoker.eu/reports/

Q: Where can I find more information about the VIP program?
A: http://www.lockpoker.eu/vip

Q: Where do my VIP payments get paid?
A: Into your vault.

Q: How do I access the vault?
A: The vault can be accessed by clicking the 'stats' button in the poker client or by going to https://admin.lockpoker.eu/vault

Q: Where can I see my bonus history?
A: https://admin.lockpoker.eu/reports/bonuses

Q: Is my first check of the month 'free'?
A: Yes, your first check request of the month (on either the casino or poker side) you will be reimbursed for. At some time in the very near future we are going to make this a part of the VIP program though so it WILL be changing.

Q: Where can I see how many VIP points I have made this month or today?
A: https://admin.lockpoker.eu/stats

Q: All my money is gone, what happened?
A: Check your vault. The vault can be accessed by clicking the 'stats' button in the poker client or by going tohttp://admin.lockpoker.eu and logging in. The vault should be along the top navigation after you log in. There is a new 'auto-secure' feature that automatically moves all your funds into your vault after 15 minutes of being logged out for your protection. If you do not wish to have this feature turned on you may opt out by e-mailing support, Rizen or myself.

Q: I get a 212 error what can I do?
A: First try resetting your password, if you still get the error you need to email support, or you can also email or PM me.

Q: Is there a current 200% up to $4K bonus?
A: Yes, the latest code is DOUBLEAGENT

Q: Can I use this bonus multiple times?
A: No, all bonuses are now single use bonuses.

Q: Can I use VIP points to enter tournaments?
A: You can't enter tournaments directly with VIP points yet, we are working on bringing this functionality. In the mean time you can convert VIP points to cash and use the cash to enter tournaments.

Q: Where can I convert VIP points to cash?
A: https://cashier.lockpoker.eu/points

Q: Where is the Lock Poker store?
A: The store is returning, we are currently working through a list of features we are bringing back and a couple of new features. We will continue to roll out these features in the coming weeks.

Q: Im on a mac and I get a Wine error what do I do?
A: Click the Finder icon on the dock to bring up the Finder Menu Bar.
Holding down Option, click Go on the Menu Bar and click Library
Go to the Application Support folder and find the Lock Poker folder.
Drag the Lock Poker folder to the Trash
Go to the Application folder and double click Lock Poker

Is there still a regular VIP tournament?
A: Yes the monthly $10,000 tournament has been turned into a weekly $2,500 tournament.
