Okay for right now I'm starting a FAQ of questions I see asked a lot. This will be a living document that I will update as questions get asked and as the answers change.
Q: When will US players be able to sign up again?
A: As of right now the exact date is undetermined. Originally new US sign ups were temporarily suspended so the network could catch up and provide customer service at a level we are more accustomed to before we opened back up. I've heard all kinds of rumors about when it will be opening back up but as of right now nothing definitive.
Q: All my money is gone, what happened?
A: Check your vault. The vault can be accessed by clicking the 'stats' button in the poker client or by going to
http://admin.lockpoker.eu and logging in. The vault should be along the top navigation after you log in. There is a new 'auto-secure' feature that automatically moves all your funds into your vault after 15 minutes of being logged out for your protection. If you do not wish to have this feature turned on you may opt out by e-mailing

Q: What's this new 'cash to card' option for withdrawals?
A: cash to card is a new withdrawal option coming soon to the casino side that will allow users to cash their balance out directly to a major credit card. I should have more details on this on Monday, July 4.
Q: Is my first check of the month 'free'?
A: Yes, your first check request of the month (on either the casino or poker side) you will be reimbursed for. At some time in the very near future we are going to make this a part of the VIP program though so it WILL be changing.
