Lock poker's most recent 3,000 dollar check bounced on me. Support is no where to be found.

Two days later, deposited another 3,000 dollar check, and my account was frozen because check is from account that is: "fraudulent or NONEXISTENT."

Anyone else have issues with checks lately? Is this the phase before a site completely fails and goes bankrupt?

This is how urgent matters are taken care of? It has been almost a week since this happened and a full day since it has been an "urgent" matter. I am getting fees for all this too, am I supposed to take care of that as well?

So do you plan on not responding to my previous emails about a 2,975 dollar bounced check? Do you guys think this will look good on every poker forum, that you not only send out phony checks but then ignore PAYING customers' inquiries about why the checks aren't going through? It seems like reputation is the key to a successful poker site and I want yours to be really good because that means bigger tournaments, so I will give you guys some slack on this but if I don't get a concrete, resolute, response to this soon I will feel seriously wronged.

I'm a player on the site for several months dude, I have no reason to "shrill" I am a college student paying tuition with poker. The only reason I am making these threads is so maybe a competent lock employee will see this and be like: "well thats not good for business," but still no response or action taken by lock.

I'm a mtt player so i want the site to do as well as possible, more donks and players to juice prize pools. I really want to be able to come on here in a few days and say that lock has completely solved every problem and is not a sketchy site.

Finally have some good news on the processing front, firstly we should see a flood of checks starting reaching players now as the check processors now sorted on the Revolution side of things.

We also have some good news on the WU front, we are implementing a new WU withdrawal solution that will see us return to the superfast processing times and includes a jump in the maximum cashout to $2k. This limit is also the weekly limit, so you can make $8k in WU withdrawals per month.

Shqne, could you comment on the cashier for cake that services a large portion of the network and if they should be seeing improvements in cashout times in the near future? Hopefully you can get them to add western union.

Also, please change the rakeback rule so i can immediately start playing on your skin.

So the WU option is available now? How much are the fees for using this method?
