Re: Lock Poker cashout thread - not a transfer thread (see OP)

all -> for those of you with withdrawal error messages saying you can't withdraw without clearing the casino bonus or if you have questions about the casino bonus, I just noticed Rizen answered the questions over in this thread back on 2/8.

2/11/12: Initiated bank wire

Still hasn't even been approved.

Also, I like many others just had a check bounce. Didn't realize it until today, but I emailed support.

Please Report posts in the normal manner. It's usually much quicker, as all home mods and Admins receive the notifications.

No one reported that particular post.

Has anyone had success with emailing them and having the $25 put back in your account?

Re: Lock Poker cashout thread - not a transfer thread (see OP)

Rizen I have sent you 2 emails as well as customer service and I have not gotten a response. I need your help with an urgent matter and I cant get my questions answered anywhere so I'll try the forum again. Basically I have been waiting since December 29th for my check. Sunday I was informed it was cancelled because it was undeliverable. I would like to know what specifically that means. I would also like to know the status of a WU I requested on the 13th that was supposedly expedited?

Waiting this long is unbelievably frustrating especially when no one even admit that this is not normal and a problem. PLEASE HELP!!!

Same exact situation with the check CCuster. Approved 2/6 early morning...Still no check. I emailed support earlier asking me if they could give me an EDA.

Re: Lock Poker cashout thread - not a transfer thread (see OP)

Just wanted to report that Lock did finally get $850 of my initial $1016 withdrawal to me (and for which their paper check bounced) through a WU transfer.

They've put the other $166 back into my Lock account, and they say there's another $112 in addition funds ($100 for my trouble plus $12 for the bank fee) in my Vault, although I don't really know what the Vault is or how to access that money, and support has been pretty slow in responding/explaining how this works.

Nonetheless, I did get the $850 WU cash transfer, so that's good.

Re: Lock Poker cashout thread - not a transfer thread (see OP)

So I am still waiting on my cashout from December 29. On Sunday when I was told the $2000 check was "undeliverable" Lock put 2235 into my casino and $250 into my vault. Now the 250 is gone and I still have not heard back from anyone about ANYTHING. Can someone please explain what happened to the funds in my "secure" vault?
Also waiting on a 250 WU that was supposedly approved on the 15th????

Why is the max withdraw amount $250 for western union? You can deposit $1,200 a week using that option, but only withdraw $250 a week from it. Doesn't make much sense to me. Anyone know why that is?

Rizen said it is just a temporary issue with the processor, and that it should be back up to $850 pretty soon.
