No real support from lock at all just generic responses that they are receiving from their superiors. Which is giving them incorrect information and dates. Also, they only respond to 1/5 e-mails and I haven't even sent that many. The reason they are getting overflown with e-mails is because of how poor their support is to begin with.
If lock gives a real timeframe of 2-3 weeks that's fine. Dont just give 2-3 days at the start and then give 5 different dates after that which were all inaccurate in some cases. It's pretty obvious that none of support are reading any of our e-mails that suggest improvement because they aren't making any changes to make their support more responsive and accurate.
I also received like 3 e-mails saying that they let their cashier manager know about my case and that the manager would contact me to let me know the status of my withdrawal. Have not heard 1 word from their "cashier manager". I think I got that email about 2 or 3 weeks ago.
To anyone even thinking of withdrawing via the bank transfer option I would highly recommend they stay away. It seems that the checks and WU are going much more quickly which must be nice. Lesson learned on trying a new option that has no history of working.
I got a max check that was just processed yesterday as well 2/20. Will post if/when I receive.
