Imagine how you'd feel if yours was processed on 2/26 via bank transfer and no money has hit your account? Since that's exactly whats happening to me.
I have had multiple emails ignored by Customer support
Rizen is now ignoring my PMs- Used to get back to me in a day now it's been over a week.
I received a what I am now going to say is the latest "pass the buck excuse to stall even further" Email from Customer support 'Elle' -- when asked what is going on with my bank transfer.. .they got back to me 5 days later and said " I will have support put a "trace " on this transaction and we'll let you know when the processor gets back to us"...
i.e... Stall stall stall... new BS , new BS, new BS... --
You know, I thought it was funny when the idiots in this thread said certain people owed lock a BIG apology after those said people got their checks from Lock.... What the hell for? Even if it's 100 % the processor's fault for not getting us our money on time- it's still Lock's choice to ignore all our emails to customer support. Anyone who said that is an absolute moron. You don't apologize to someone for keeping you uninformed, constantly misleading you with erroneous dates, treating you as though you're not a valued customer- but that we're doing THEM the favor by providing our business. I'm done with this site.
