well im pretty sure you guys aren't noticing that you receive 2485$ and there is also a 15$ fee. So your getting 2470$ so im guessing its 15$ fee on both banks or some bastard is stealing 15$ from me haha

I emailed lock after shane/rizen didn't respond to my cashout issue.

Lock responds with "i see you are now able to transfer your funds from the casino, let us know if there's anything else we can help you with"

When the point of my email was why do I get an insufficient funds msg when trying to cashout 2k of my 6k.

Pretty unfathomable that they aren't even reading these emails, and or purposely choosing to make the back and forth go for as long as possible.

Really pisses me off that mine was requested on 2/28 and approved on 3/1 and I still haven't received my bank transfer.... Multiple emails to lock the last week as funds vanished going from the casino to poker and no answer... Really pissed off at this site...

Imagine how you'd feel if yours was processed on 2/26 via bank transfer and no money has hit your account? Since that's exactly whats happening to me.
I have had multiple emails ignored by Customer support
Rizen is now ignoring my PMs- Used to get back to me in a day now it's been over a week.

I received a what I am now going to say is the latest "pass the buck excuse to stall even further" Email from Customer support 'Elle' -- when asked what is going on with my bank transfer.. .they got back to me 5 days later and said " I will have support put a "trace " on this transaction and we'll let you know when the processor gets back to us"...

i.e... Stall stall stall... new BS , new BS, new BS... --

You know, I thought it was funny when the idiots in this thread said certain people owed lock a BIG apology after those said people got their checks from Lock.... What the hell for? Even if it's 100 % the processor's fault for not getting us our money on time- it's still Lock's choice to ignore all our emails to customer support. Anyone who said that is an absolute moron. You don't apologize to someone for keeping you uninformed, constantly misleading you with erroneous dates, treating you as though you're not a valued customer- but that we're doing THEM the favor by providing our business. I'm done with this site.

Drum roll.........My 2k Bank transfer finally hit today from 3/9 for $1900 after fees.

However my 3/1 transfer for $2500 has not hit...Same bank acct, etc..

so the batches aren't in order or have been skipped.

the good news for everybody is that a bunch of wire transfers actually came through. Good luck to those who haven't received theirs yet... I hope you get it within the next week.

I've been waiting since 3/1 as well. I've received 3 WU cashes since. Lock informed me that there was unexpected circumstances that impeded the bank transfer but assured me the funds will be in my account by the end of last week. New week, still no funds. I've been emailing Rizen and he's been asking for updates on my behalf as well.

Requested: 2/25 Approved: 2/26 (I'm assuming its this one, have another on 3/9 for the same amount)

Also with the $15 taken out.

Got the exact email word for word about the issue on their end with bank wire transfer and that my funds will be available by the end of the week. Not a whole lot of confidence now. I wish WU cashes were cheaper than 10% I much rather go that route.

I received my money today from a 3/9 withdrawal. and I received one earlier. both took about 10-12 days. and about 8 business days.

Both had $15 taken out, but I am not really sure why?

Screw Lock and their incompetent, lazy, and dishonest reps. They might as well not even exist. They tell me the same information as support when they bother to respond, which is never accurate. Easiest job in the world is Rizen's. Cut and paste generic responses that are identical to support, and don't do anything to facilitate the transactions. "Our 3rd party processor is telling us xxxxxxxxxxx" says Rizen. Keep passing the blame on someone else.

You might want to check your e-statement or call your bank's customer service to check your actual bank account history, as the Processor issuing withdrawals is independent from Lock and history transactions will not coincide with each other. Even though my withdrawal status still says 'processed' in Lock's Cashier, I received my funds on the 20th, along with others. Good luck.
