Did everyone else receive 2485 instead of 2500 for their wires today?

Shane, can you please explain why people are getting their bank wires who requested as late as 3/7 while there are still some of us waiting to receive funds that were processed in February?

It's SUPPOSED to be done automatically. My check from last month was auto-credited, but the one from this month was not, so I just emailed support telling them that, and they credited the $25 to the poker side. Quick and painless.

I requested one for 2500 and then I had a second that charged 5% bringing it down to 2375. I received a wire today for 2360.

So I think my bank may have charged a $15 fee probably. It seems I got my second wire before the first one I requested.

I shouldn't have been charged 5% either b/c I requested the first in Feb and the 2nd in March. I was told b/c they both processed in March is why I was charged the fee which is ridiculous but this is a whole nother issue.

Do you guys mean bank wires or bank transfers? There is a difference.

Email support asking for your $15 fee to be put back in your poker acct. The 1st withdrawal of month is free you just have to email

Still waiting on my bank transfer from 2/28. Guess I haven't sent enough emails to the right people. This just makes me more angry to see transfers going through that were processed on 3/6 and 3/7.

is it possible that they have a priority queue where they process cashouts for larger amounts first? mine was only for $1k. seems like most, if not all of the ones going through are for the full 2.5k. anyone else that is still waiting on one from feb do a small amount, and did anyone that did less than max in march get theirs yet?

Bank Transfer - which I requested first, I'm still waiting..

Just checked and $2485 in bank transfer hit my account sometime tho afternoon. Requested on 3/7. Hopefully everyone else who asks earlier will hit tomorrow as I did not send any emails to support. It just hit

My bank transfer from 2/28 was for the full $2500..still waiting..and very pissed.

The $15 was charged by the player's personal bank, not Lock, so this is wrong input telling him to email for a refund.
However, I do think we should be compensated for having to wait at least 3 weeks when we were told it would be 24 to 48 hours.

Requested max transfer on 2/25 and still no money hit my account. Pretty frustrated that it hasn't come yet. Extremely irritated that people requesting 3/8 and maybe even later are receiving their transfers before quite a few people who requested 2+ weeks earlier.

Any light as to why this is happening would be nice. If there was a problem with ours then let us know about it. If not then tell the processor to expedite ours and get ours sent first. I mean if they are missing information or something is wrong then tell us don't just leave us hanging and expecting to receive our transfer in several different timeframes you have given us. I think I've been told I would receive it "at the latest" 4 times and didn't get it any of those.

I wouldn't be so upset if I wasn't misled on when to expect it. Just give a reasonable timeframe and don't give out ETA dates to people you cant keep.

None of the updates we have received from the processor explain the random nature in which they are hitting accounts. There certainly isnt a priority queue, it should just be by date.

The only explanation that makes some sense is its just because of different procedures at all the different banks.

We have been assured all outstanding payments are sent and in transit to players accounts.
