I cant seem to get them to refund my 25 $ fee for the check despite emailing support@lockcasino and support@lockpoker.... any other options?

If you've checked your spam/junk filters and aren't getting a response, forward anything you have to me at rizen@lockpoker.com and I'll follow up with them to make sure it happens.

This almost always means it was sent out. If you didn't get any sort of e-mail PM me your username/e-mail and I'll follow up and make sure it went out for you.

I emailed them about this 25$ refund and they responded and deposited into my casino account. i also requested a tracking number for my check and they sent me that too.

i only verified on the poker side and thats all it should take

who/when did u email re: tracking number? I emailed support@lockpoker.com on monday and no response.

i emailed support@lockpoker as well on monday and they responded that they didnt have the tracking number yet, but they said to ask again in 24 hours. i sent anther email late tuesday night and had a response with the tracking number this morning. so i would ask again, they probably didnt respond monday bc they didnt have it yet

Misc.: I never got an email with any information about my check being processed, tracking #, etc. However, I did email support two days ago and included Rizen in the email. Ha...got a response within a day letting me know that my check had been processed and was on its way.

It took me a little more than 3 days to hear back from support the first time I sent them my documents. They told me there was an issue reading the entire verification form and I had to resend it. After I resent the documents my account was verified in under 24 hours.

I just received a Discover gift card with my withdrawal money on it. I called the number to activate the card and it said our servers are down until August 2nd, today is August 4th????????????????

WTF is this?

Pretty sure its one verification process for all. If you've filled out the form, provided valid id, copy of cc, and a current bill, you should be good to go.
