well this is what I got today after asking for a cancellation and a check...never heard from here before maybe its some good news for us waiting on wires...ill keep you posted!

piece of advice for non-USA players: use Neteller for depositing and withdrawing. it takes roughly 6 hours for money to hit the Neteller after requesting.

I know I'm new to this thread, but I have a feeling we are all being scammed. I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I requested the max payout via bank wire and still have not seen anything hit my account. I requested this beginning of March and it was processed on the 6th.

And the reason I think this is a scam? #1 Why would the director of marketing reply to anyone's questions about cash outs? #2 You call up that 800 number and look up "Emily Hope" in the directory and no one is found. #3 It also looks like the folk from Lock Poker, the Riz fellow, hasn't been on this string in some time.

I'm furious because I have several thousand sitting in my account right now, besides the bank wire that's in limbo, and I have a feeling I'm never going to see any of it. Oh and good luck getting a call back when you leave a message for the cashier.

Well they have paid many of people...so clearly they are legit in some way...I have a bank wire from the 6th also I'm waiting for....she works for lock so obv she has some info...well see tho...come Tuesday I'm sure ill see nothing tho...

Well it can't be cancelled since its already been sent off...urs had issues so wasn't processed...once processed and out the door I'm sure u can't cancel...again I'm skeptical of all this and we will see if there "guarentee" comes through...

True, but no one is forcing you to play there. You're right, though, their customer service is terrible, but it is what it is and there is nothing we can do about it.

You are seriously overreacting buddy. Are there delays? Yes. Have they missed time frames? Yes. Have the cashout times been less than satisfactory at times? Yes.

The fact is though, that people are getting their money. I've gotten a check recently, and I have another one on its way. Other people have had bank transfers go through smoothly. Things are just taking longer than they should, and that's because Lock is working with a 3rd party processor.

I'm not saying you shouldn't be upset at all; I'm just saying that you spamming this thread with immature, sophomoric comments is not helping anything.

I requested a check today for 1450$ so we will see if today marks the end of the fast checks.. Also i don't even get a response saying i cant cancel mine haha. so right now your in better shape than I am for bank transfers. But checks and western union seem to work very fast.

IHO (in his opinion)(i never say imo that's just dumb) merge is going to get seized but I cant wait for the day i lose that money because i would much rather lose my profit here than at some scummy casino ive been busting my ass of all day to beat rake and my ******ed tipping habbits.

^think he means they might stop coming so quickly. They've been coming much faster recently than usual. like 1-2 weeks compared to 4-8. Fwiw i got one in 6 weeks a few months ago.

if you're new to lock you might wanna get you acct verified straight away to avoid any extra delays.

Sent multiple emails to support.. received generic responses to begin with only after Rizen wrote on my behalf.. he wrote again on my behalf- nothing from support... Now Rizen is also ignoring my e-mails- wonderful.. Just give me my money so I can get off this friggen site and go back to playing at a casino.

Some quick questions since trying to find this info from Lock is impossible

-is cashing out on the casino side quicker then poker or vice versa?
-where can I see the pending cashout? I did a check withdraw and cant find anywhere that shows the status
-WU is 800 max a transaction.....how many can you do per week?

Whoever is commenting on Emily I can 100 percent verify she is real. I've traded emails with her several times back in October, November. Normally she just works high level referrals. I think lock is pulling out extra support to help.

all cashouts are essentially processed through the casino, just do it through the poker client.

you can see your pendings and processed in the cashier, although it seems like you have to initiate another withdrawal to access that info. at least for me its that way.

WU is 850, but there is a 10% vig. so 850 costs you 935. the first of the month is free. i every 8 days is allowed.

850 is max and it's once per 8 days deposits are once per week

Not exactly. Apparently, from what support has told me, you get one free CASHOUT per month, regardless of the method. So if you request a check, and then later in the same month request a WU, they will hit you with the WU fee. So if you need to cashout twice in a month using those two methods, either do 2 checks, or do WU and then the check, since WU is 10% of the cashout, whereas check is a flat $25 fee.

just got a WU cashout in like 1 day. never waited more than a week, and 1 day is ridiculous lol. good job, Lock.

makes me wonder how the other skins can be so bad in comparison.
