Hey lock if you read this can you please add a recycling bin to the cashier I would like to respectfully dispose of my hard earned ones and zeros. Also maybe you could add a customer service mini game where you play pretend with a list of drop down questions against the evil automated lock service rep. If you win you can see that bank transfer is 2-69 business days

This isn't the wrong thread or anything, but I'm just advising you that there is a thread specifically related to WU withdrawals. Posting the same information over there wouldn't hurt.

mine was processed on 3/1 and I am still waiting on it. today is technically the 10th business day, but I don't know if I misread that being the time frame or not.

I also have one that was processed on 3/1 and waiting.

My 2nd was processed on 3/9, waiting as well.

I would actually have no problem waiting 15-30 days, but when your counting on the money to pay mortgage, etc, they need to have better communication with their processor so they can give us a better estimate.

The fact that we can now have multiple cashouts pending is a HUGE improvement over other Merge skins, where you have to wait 4-6 weeks for a single cashout.

Same here I was processed on 2/26. Nothing in my bank. I heard that the bank transfer option now requires more information? Is this the reason only a handful of people received their transfers? I was a little suprised when I only had to put the swift code and the bank account number in. I thought the routing number was needed.

I wouldnt mind waiting 3 weeks for the transfer but the support has been awful during this time period. Lock support emailed me several times misleading me to believe I would receive the transfer several different times. IF you aren't informed then don't say something you don't know. And if your getting bad information then maybe try and talk to the processor and get good information. And don't just ignore your customers that's even worse.

I tried to be mellow about this but this withdrawal has been a pretty bad experience. Western Union on the otherhand, only took 1 day to get my MTCN number. Which was great, but the max is only $850. And it's only worth it to do it once a month considering the 10% fee.

Rizen, Shane, Lock support, All I want is solid information from you guys as to what is going on with the bank transfers. I don't want to hear some bs "due to unforseen cirumstances" or whatever reason our withdrawals have been delayed. Just get some good information and tell us when we can actually expect to receive our transfers if at all. And if you guys cant do the transfers at least send a check out to all of us who have been waiting 3 weeks for $2500.

Earlier this week I posted some E-mails I've been getting about the bank transfer problems so I figured I'd share the rest of the lack of answers I'm getting.
Obviously, we are getting to the boiling point of frustration yet nothing seems to be done about it. I'm so sick of misleading nonsense, but here's some more cool ways to get the run around via skype. This is after hearing for two weeks that'd I'd be getting the bank transfer that day, or by the end of the week, or the beginning of the next week, or by the end of this week.

Thursday-
[3/15/2012 2:11:02 PM] Brian: Did any of the bank transfer transaction go through today?

[3/15/2012 2:29:28 PM] shane.lockpoker: Hey Brian, no different update just the same message, by the end of the week.

Friday-
[8:03:16 PM] Brian: Shane, no bank transfer showed up today. What now?

[8:04:54 PM] Brian: I noticed people are getting their checks now in like 4 days, Do i cancel and just request a check?

[8:14:16 PM] Brian: any info?

[8:29:42 PM] Brian: Being ignored by every aspect of customer service is quite frustrating

He signed off approx. 30seconds after the last message was sent with no answers..
On a good note. Only 30ish more days until it's black friday and they don't have to owe us anything right?

I would really like to cancel my bank transfer aswell. I'm begging you lock cancel it please, it seems other peoples were canceled no problem.

I have yet to receive anything in my bank account. Have been given the run around just like most of you.. support telling me it will be in my account early this week, early that week, and so on. Now they are also not replying to my emails. This is ridiculous.

I wouldn't recommend withdrawing via Bank Transfer or Bank Wire.

There were 5 scams by hijacked accounts in the last few days.
One of them had 123456 as it's password -
please make your passwords less guessable.
I just got im'ed today by someone trying to pull this scam on me (aim screen name flyer144). The guy actually did a good job of disguising it, but obviously I would never transfer money to a random that im'ed me.
