Same here I was processed on 2/26. Nothing in my bank. I heard that the bank transfer option now requires more information? Is this the reason only a handful of people received their transfers? I was a little suprised when I only had to put the swift code and the bank account number in. I thought the routing number was needed.
I wouldnt mind waiting 3 weeks for the transfer but the support has been awful during this time period. Lock support emailed me several times misleading me to believe I would receive the transfer several different times. IF you aren't informed then don't say something you don't know. And if your getting bad information then maybe try and talk to the processor and get good information. And don't just ignore your customers that's even worse.
I tried to be mellow about this but this withdrawal has been a pretty bad experience. Western Union on the otherhand, only took 1 day to get my MTCN number. Which was great, but the max is only $850. And it's only worth it to do it once a month considering the 10% fee.
Rizen, Shane, Lock support, All I want is solid information from you guys as to what is going on with the bank transfers. I don't want to hear some bs "due to unforseen cirumstances" or whatever reason our withdrawals have been delayed. Just get some good information and tell us when we can actually expect to receive our transfers if at all. And if you guys cant do the transfers at least send a check out to all of us who have been waiting 3 weeks for $2500.
