If this isn't getting the "run around" then I don't know what is. I'm starting to get real tilted from these ****ers feeding me BS over and over.
If i do recall, the end of tax season is coming up and Full Tilt did this same bull**** with cash outs until Black Friday happened around this time too.

17 Days and still nothing. After a false advertisement of 3 days lol.

Rizen~ why don't you just go down to the bank and manually put it in my account thanks.
Or I could send you a PM again and get no response from you, I think we know which one you prefer though.

Edit: Has anyone looked at the Bank Transfer option today? It appears that lock is now asking for additional information including bank name, address, IBAN, etc. Wonder if this has anything to do with the length between requesting and receiving cashouts.

I got a email saying my bank transfer was cancelled and they need more info. Looked up iban # and US banks don't have it. So confused about what is going on.

Was told 2-5 bis days... Also

Western U- 225$ requested 2/29
received 3/4 10% fee refunded
Western U- 765$ requested 3/14
but this one has been rejected like 4 times but they keep trying so idk whats going on i just keep getting emails saying this email confirms our receipt of your payout request via EPT_WU for the amount of 765 USD

Also i would bet i wont see my 10% fee aswell even though i requested on 2/29 for the other one.

Support is never going to respond wouldn't doubt if they have a email justice system so my advice is to relax. At this point i want to cancel and request a check for 3k but they don't even respond to your email asking about canceling so lets just hope they don't burn all of our money again

Please look out for a confirmation email from our Cashier, that will include your pickup info that you need to take to a local Western Union branch (in Margate). Do not forget to bring photo ID, which is necessary to release your funds.
