After my check was bounced and I was refunded, I was advised to initiate a Bank Transfer. I did so around 10:30PM central time on Thursday, the 23rd. As of right now, I still do not have the funds in my bank account. I emailed support yesterday afternoon, since it was late at that point. They responded today, saying that it was coming soon. I'm hoping tomorrow latest, as that would be a full week, which is already generous, considering they say they're processed in under 72 hours...Before when bank transfers were introduced for check bounces, it sounded like people were getting them within one to two days.

On the brighter side, I received a check today that I initiated on the 6th and was approved on the 11th.

4 emails sent to customer support in the last week and not a one response. Is it time to start fearing the worst? I need help and no one is offering any whatsoever.

Thanks, Shane has helped me out. Didn't know he was part of the team but I appreciate the info.

I had a cashout APPROVED on Feb 6th and still have yet to receive it. I wrote 3 emails to lock support - none were answered in 4 days so I wrote to Rizen.. and he wrote to lock about my check concern.. they wrote to me the next day and apologized for the inconvenience but there was a "small delay with one of their processors and to expect my check this week". - that was last friday.. there are 2 days left in "this week" so hopefully it comes here today or tomorrow.. i wrote them again 2 days ago and they still havent responded again. It is concerning to see people who had their cashouts approved on the 19th getting theres yesterday - and mine was approved on the 6th and not with me yet. Rizen or anyone, I'd really like to know what is going on .. please help.

Have you read my posts bro? I'm in the EXACT same boat. I requested my check 1/31, had it processed on 2/6, and am waiting for it still. Even further, I sent the same email you did, and got the exact same response.

I've played on Lock for a good while now, and I wouldn't say it's "troublesome" that other people have gotten their checks. It is quite possibly the case that their checks and our checks were sent out on the exact same day, and that we will get ours today or tomorrow. If we don't get ours by Saturday, then I agree there is reason to be upset.

I am going to post in this thread as soon as I receive mine, and considering you're in the exact same situation as I am, I'll probably shoot you a PM too.

Still waiting for both to hit checking will keep posted
yes please do - and that goes for anyone else. I have yet to hear of one successful cashout via bank transfer -anyone know what the turn around time is. I have used western union everytime so far and successfully 3 for 3 and timely however if i can avoid the 10% fee since i use it often ill do the bank transfer but it makes me nervous until I see it is timely as well and actually works...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post if you have had a successful bank transfer hit your checking. thanks!

great thanks.. to answer your question, no - i havent read your posts.. but I'll be sure to shoot you a PM too as well as post if/when I receive my check. perhaps it has to do with geographical location that their checks were received before ours? I'm on the Southeast coast.

When Doing bank transfers they ask for a SWIFT code. my (major bank) has 2 swift codes listed. Upon research, one swift code is for international Transfers, the other is for domestic. What have you guys been using when you put in your SWIFT code for your bank with lock? Since I don't know if they money will be coming from over seas or domestic, I feel like choosing the wrong one could delay/ F-Up my transfers.. I chose the domestic one though. I asked Rizen about it and he said he wasn't sure but would ask lock support to help speed things up with an answer.- Nothing so far though.

SWIFT codes are only used for international wires. If this was an ach transaction they would not need to know your banks swift code only routing and account number.

Why are the Americans getting so fcked? The rest of the world seems to be getting their $ timely.

Why not offer Americans faster cashouts if they have a foreign bank account?
03-01-2012 , 12:24 PM
Has anyone successfully received a bank wire into their bank account yet?

I don't know about that. If you go to B of . . A - - you'll see they have swift codes for domestic, and a different code for international.

Is this a joke or have you really been living under a rock for the past few years? I'm gonna go with Joke.

Also. If they were only used for wires, why does lock ask for it when you are initiating a Bank Transfer? I mean I hope you're right- and this is just a formality that doesn't even apply here because they are doing a Xfer so International or Domestic won't actually matter. Who knows. If support would get back to me that would help.. Rizen has written for help in my name as well but that doesn't seem to speed anyone up too much.

This is an all too familiar feeling.

No one has had their Xfer hit their bank yet- but we all get it processed almost immediately..... in other words. .it means nothing at all.

My guess is processed means your request is acknowledged queued up and not that they sent the wire. Well see
