I wouldn't "assume" anything. I have had that happen twice. However, I requested on 7/19 and the status is still "requested." Clearly, it is as frustrating as hell because I hoped that the check would go out today (Mondays, as previously stated many times).
Rizen forwarded an email for me, but as he said, there hasn't been any response yet. We can only wait and hope.
