my cash out through the casino was requested on july 10th it then immediately said approved but it is still pending 17 days later...

Cashout by check requested on 7-16 , 11 days later status still on 'requested'...

I'm going to stop playing on this site until they figure it all out. It's disappointing cause my previous check did come through from 7-3 but I had to send Rizen a few PMs along with support. Except Support didn't respond. So if I have to pester just to get my money, then I'll just stop giving them action. I'm 3 gold star VIP and verified account, I shouldn't have to do all this just to get a withdrawl going. Oh well, hopefully the future will bring brighter days.

I just get this iffy feeling they delay stuff in hopes of the user canceling the withdrawl request and dumping it back in the casino....

Just had a check declined and I was told the account was closed. I emailed support but thought I should mention it here as well.

Ah, crap. Please don't tell me the casino checks are already bouncing. I deposited mine on Fri and my bank held $900 of the $1100 pending clearance. On Mon or Tue this week the rest posted to my account, but I know that banks must post held funds within 2-3 days regardless, but that it can still bounce and be reversed later. I'm seriously hoping yours was from a different bank/account than mine.

And here I was about to make another withdrawal of a similar size...

Yeah I'm in same boat.. I got a check requested from casino on 7-3 and deposited it this past Monday. It went from the status pending when I deposited to being posted today or yesterday (checked today).. I don't plan on spending it for another week. The check was from Colorado and sort of looked like a company payroll check (at least my company).

I can assure you that your concerns are not being ignored. We don't want to speculate and we want players to know that when we say something to the public that it is a complete fact.

Rizen has addressed the card option saying that he would update when we have an official date. Honestly saying anything otherwise would be speculation and we want to be clear and up-front with the player base.

I have deposited multiple checks from the same process and have had some of the funds held for a few days. They all cleared completely fine with no problems. Feel free to PM me or Rizen if you have further problems but give it a few days and I am sure you will be in the clear with your deposit.

Right now I don't have any specific information but I think with the current poker climate that players need to understand that sites are doing as much as they can but times have certaintly changed since Black Friday.

As with any business, when the demand goes up so significantly and quickly it's an adjustment for the supply to be able to meet the demand.

I can assure you that checks are being processed as quickly as possible and waiting a few weeks is way better than any other situation I am aware of for US players right now. If we have any news we can provide to you we will do that in the Lock Forum.

Just curious... did you guys deposit your checks right away, or did you wait a few days before depositing?

Also, did *anyone's* check not bounce from the last batch?

My check didn't bounce.

It was cut from the same bank you all had yours from deposited last and my balance is correct as of Thurs morning.

I've been talking to our people, 2-3 weeks is going to be the new 'normal' for a while I'm not aware of anyone that's been waiting 4 weeks on the casino side, but 2-3 weeks is probably going to be the standard for a bit. In July withdrawal requests on the casino side have increased literally ten fold.

The withdrawals have to go through an audit process where there is a spot check of the account for unusual activity etc for approval. That just takes time/man hours and we're working on getting people up to speed and adding them to this process, so I hope the delay is short lived.

In the mean time I would actually recommend people start making requests on both the casino and the poker side. Merge has really improved cashouts in the last week or so, and I've been told the new time frame on Merge checks should also be about 2-3 weeks. I haven't personally requested a Merge check but I'm going to do so today to actually test the process and make sure it's happening the way it's supposed to.

Since casino checks started i'm only aware of one other check that was ever declined and it was re-issued immediately.

ty for this. i think myself and many others just wanted an explanation as to why it was taking so long and how long we should expect to wait.

I agree. I think as long as you are up front with everyone about the time frame then we can live with it and everyone will know what to expect. Its the frustration of being led to believe one thing and then being provided no information when that changes. Players are only left to speculate at that point.

Along those same lines, Rizen, can you please confirm that recent checks, ie those received last week, are all still good? Should we be expecting any more problems?

I'm concerned about the poster indicating that his bounced as mine was cut from the same batch. I believe mine cleared and as of this morning the funds remain in my acct, however as someone else pointed out, banks can go back and make an adjustment if they later learn the check was bad. I know my bank immediately makes the funds available in my acct, so long as I have enough to cover it.

I deposited mine the next day, and it has not bounced. Only one person here reported a bounced check, and now it seems it might have been a poker withdrawal (i.e. Merge) rather than a casino withdrawal.

Mine is still correct as well. It now seems this bounced check was a poker withdrawal. But my concern is that a check can post to your account and thus appear "cleared," because by law a bank cannot hold funds for more than a few days. But sometimes it can take much longer for a check to be returned, and when that happens, the bank will reverse the deposit and charge you a fee.

I'm crossing my fingers and hoping none of the casino checks are bouncing, though.

Has anyone had any problems cashing out through Neteller? Been waiting over a week now for the $ and still nothing. More than a bit worried that I won't see the money, especially as support are being vague in their answers (when they bother to answer...

What is the normal wait time for a Neteller cashout?

The check the poster is referring to is *NOT* from the same batch as yours, and it is not a casino check. I would not be alarmed/concerned.

I believe a neteller cash out is not supposed to take this long. If you can forward any info to rizen@lockpoker.com and I'll follow up with them. I don't have access to neteller but if memory serves me correctly the time frame is usually 5-7 days, so if you're outside of that window we need to follow up. I'll personally do it.
