requested one of mine on the 12th (other on the 20th) also and its still listed as 'requested'. hopefully the casino side doesnt start taking as long as the poker side to get a check.

Courier checks only apply to the casino side. Merge's cashier handles the poker side checks and AFAIK do not refund check fees.

Are there any updates on the cashout to credit card option. You said it might be available in August, but you haven't said anything about it for a while.

It is still 'pending' -- wish I knew to cashout from casino side. From what I've read on here, the status will remain as 'pending' until the check arrives in the mail.

Is that correct ? Also, is it worth my while to email support and try to get this cashout sped up?

Yes, you can have pending withdrawals on both sides.

when I talked to them last week things were still on schedule for Aug 1st, I will double check though.

It applies to both sides, but only the first from EITHER side. So if you requested a check on both sides during the same calendar month you could only get reimbursed for one of those two.

I've followed up on several 'requested' checks and am waiting to hear the answer.

As far as TVG's check, I can't explicitly answer without going to support and asking the details, but I know each request goes through an audit and depending how many transfers/etc are on your account one account might take longer to audit prior to approval than another. that is the only explanation I can come up with.

is it safe to assume that if we have "authorized" check cashouts from casino side that they will be going out today?
