have cashed out 4 other times. They said that if I transferred to the casino and cashed out I would receive it a lot faster. Have emailed 5 times in the last week without a response. It says my check was approved on the 24th the same day I cashed out. Anyone else having similar has issues. Or has anyone been able to cashout on lock casino?

Picked up cash this morning, no problem. Sent an email requesting my $85 fee back, have yet to hear from them, and no money has been returned to my account.

Still waiting on my courier check from 1/24.

I have to admit they took care of me really quick, revieved email less than 24 hrs with after it appeared I just withdrew via western union cause of a mistake of some sort with the control # and other info to get pick up my money, dont have time to do it today but I will go 1st thing tomorrow morning and pick it up.

anybody have western union as a withdrawal option as of today? I don't see it in the drop down menu and it looks like they have removed it in their description section as well.

Yep my only options as of right now are Bank wire and check by courier. I have no pending WU or any other withdrawals. Looks like WU is down at the moment. Hope everyone gets their money and there is no problem.

Has it been processed yet? If so, on what day was it processed?

Mine has been processed since 1/6, hoping it arrives sometime Monday-Wednesday next week.

1/24 is when it was processed. I wouldn't even be worried about it yet, but I saw that a bunch of people whose were processed after mine received theirs earlier this week.

My check was processed on 1/18 and I have not yet received it. Seems like its taking quite a while.

I didn't see WU withdrawal as an option either as of today. That is not cool! Dang IT.

after reading the last page of posts I am really excited about doing a check by courier on 1/30 and recieving it 2/8 and western union 2/5 and picked it up 2day, if you read my previous post you will see I had a issue with the western union, it apparently got X'd without my knowledge and then resubmitted 2 days later, but I did recieve my money 2day, I emailed them earlier about getting my 10% fee back for western union but I have yet to recieve a response back about it. gl everyone on recieving their money, sucks that western union isn't available anymore, but I honestly believe western union will raise eyebrows with the DOJ, guessing lock figured well if we keep them under 1k their shouldn't be a issue, I am also sure they are getting their ass kicked in western union fees, I remember a long time ago depositing on pokerstars ( I think 100.00) and I either paid 15 or 20 not sure which in fees (which is higher than 10%, believe it was 15.00 and my state charged 5.00) so I am sure they are having to pay a hefty fee for sending + if they are giving the 1st initial 10% back to the customer they are eating the entire fee themselves

well I thought I had everything handled, appears someone who recieved a check exact same day I did his bounced, I am wondering if mines going to do the same. not sure why mine would be good and his isn't. guess I will know monday

I recieved my check the exact same day ( 2/08 )but it came from dallas and not cananda, maybe mine will be good

Western Union is no longer an option. They probably aren't paying out players with this method anymore.
