I live in the u.s. also(oklahoma), my check came from texas, I took the check to the local branch that the account holder banks at (not going to say any names) I went thru the drive thru sent up my check with my drivers license and they said I needed to come into the lobby and also show another form of I.D. I was in a hurry as I am on my way to work also, I asked the lady 1st why such a hassle over a lil check (800.00) she said this is standard if you do not have a account here and the check is over 500.00, (so ok wtf ever) I go inside hand her a second form of I.D. and then she proceeds to tell me there is a $6.00 fee for cashing the check, then all hell broke loose in the bank, I was F'n pissed, and it isn't the 6.00 its the fact its THEIR check the name is on the check, so I asked for a manager, (I never heard of a bank charging money to cash their own check) and as I am telling the MGR this he proceeds to tell me that several other branches do the same I was like GTFO of here. needless to say I left the bank thinking tomorrow I would just depo check in my own account (since i didn't have time and had to work til midnight) but now I am thinking **** it just pay the 6 bucks cause knowing my luck I will depo in my account then in 2 days I will be reading how the DOJ froze another online poker sites banking acccount.... I really hate to pay that 6.00 for principle reasons

oh btw I really hate this bank I remember a long time my spouse had a car financed thru this bank and if you was one day late ( no exaggeration) you would recieve a phone call before 8:10 A.M., lord help you if you wasn't home that day cause you was going to see minimum 20 missed calls from the bank on your caller i.d. **** suckers

Now....I will say the following. Picked up western union no problem, was perfect. Got refunded the 10% fee within 2 hours after emailing them. Min is 50, max is 850 via western union. For bank wire, if you are a rakeback account meaning you signed up prior to 6/1/11 then you are unable to get this unless you email support and request they switch you to a VIP ACCOUNT. Lastly, people ask what is better....rakeback or VIP. Answer: If you earn more than 10k in VIP points per month on average, then VIP is better. If not stay on rakeback account. If you earn roughly equivalent to 10K in points a month, then probably switch to VIP as you get the 9900 wire. Im done here.

I still don't know why my check on 2/2 was canceled, but I did receive an immediate reply from my rep
about bank wire transfers.

I am still not clear about reimbursement (fee charge was $40. I don't know if that gets auto-credited
after the wire or if I have to ask for it). I don't know if you get multiple free transactions a month.

I also am not sure about the minimums for bank wire. I thought the minimum said $2500 in the cashier
when I made my request but someone else is saying it is $1000. I know the max is a little under $10K.

Also, you can only have one withdraw pending at a time.

Last thing is you definitely have to be VIP. I thought you had to be black or black elite.. I don't
know if any VIP can use it. If someone is below that level just check and see if it's an option.

Once the wire is processed if additional info is needed I will let you know. You needed to make sure you put all details requested.

Steps for the new methods are

Request a withdrawal
Send in docs if you have not i.e. bank statement, picture ID, etc

The time that it will take for wires is 2-3 weeks. We are giving that time frame in order to make sure we deliver within what is promised BUT I would expect it will not take that amount of time. It is a new method so we will know more as we go through this month.

So, everyone, please bare with Lock as they perfect the process. I personally am very happy to get a transaction that was taking
4-8 weeks down to 2-3 weeks already. And I truly believe that as they work out the kinks, bank wires will have a one week turnaround.

I'll repost when my transaction is completed. Hopefully, I didn't screw up my bank details. I swear I didn't see that transaction
in my cashier history when I submitted it, but I am mentally challenged at times.

There is a mention above about sending in my docs. My initial deposit was via credit card so I am going to resubmit all verification ID including a bank statement to make sure
it doesn't slow anything up.

Kudos to Lock for improving this process... I look forward to seeing it get even better.

ok... nevermind on the sending in the verification docs. I do not need to send in a bank statement. It appears my verification docs are covered from what I sent in for previous non-casino transactions.

Using Western Union

When I go to player admin, it says I have no transactions pending. Also, there is nothing listed under 'pending transfers' in the cashier. Is this normal before it is 'authorized'? Sorry if I'm being paranoid but this is my first time withdrawing with lock.

this is kind of weird did a withdrawal via western union on late monday night around midnight I instantly recieved a email "account payout requested" then yesterday around 3:30 p.m. I shot a email to lock saying I did a withdrawal but haven't heard anything back, they email me back saying it could take 48-72 hours to process via western union, today around 1 p.m. I recieve another email saying the exact same thing "account payout requested" its almost idenitical to the email that I recieved monday night at midnight when I did the withdrawal, only difference is the 1st one says be sure all info on your account is correct cause there would be a 250.00 fee for stop payment, sure hoping this is like the "authorization" email and not starting me from scratch.

That's odd. I finally got my WU, 5.5 days after requesting it, 4.5 days after it was authorized. Worked great.

Really????? let me get this right, so you are waiting on western union to process this for me, lol I really having trouble believing that 1. I think I am waiting on you to give western union some money to give to me, I personally know from sending money that it takes less than 20 minutes after I give the agent money for my friends out of state to pick up at their local agent......

you can only do one at a time, looks like they are taking a week to do, so my guess would be 4, 10% fee using western union but it seems like you get the 10% back on the 1st one p/calendar month

Granted the explanation is poorly worded and could be bogus (I doubt it is) but...

I highly doubt the process they use is the same as the one you use when sending a personal transfer to a friend. It's a mistake to try and compare it. I would expect they do these in batches. I'm guessing it failed on the batch and now you are back in the queue to be sent via another batch.

this is a new process/product. All new processed/products have kinks that need to be worked out. Be patient while they work it out. Or would you rather go back to waiting 4-8 weeks to get a check? I'll make a bet with you that you get your money within 4 weeks of your initial transaction. Isn't that better than what you used to get? crap, I'm just happy I can still play and eventually get money for it. anything that improves the current state is good news.

Bank wire requested 2/9 for 9500 which is the max amt allowed. $40 fee is included. I assume that is refundable. Will update when I receive.

I don't see it as an option either, though I requested a WU 6 days ago, so I figured it might have to do with waiting a whole week. Hope it is still an option.

I haven't made a withdrawal in a while, and I don't see the western union option.
