I went to the local store that has WU, and picked up my $800 with no problems. I just sent an email to support asking how I get the $80 back that they charged me though. Will post again when I get the $80 credited back to my account balance.

So after I sent this email, within 15 minutes the $80 was credited to my account. Way to go Lock Poker Support staff!!!! +1 FTW!!!

I'm hoping it gets processed later today or tomorrow. And, It's good to know that the last poster got his $80 back within 15 minutes of sending an email. I'll do the same. I'll post when I receive the money.

I have been talking with lock support for the last 4 days. 1 person told me the money will be in my acct as soon as they send the money out. I sent them an email earlier today, after I received the $ and still, no money in my acct. Kind of sucks too because I want to play..

When I withdrew by western union, it said that I'll be able to get the 10% back. I was planning on emailing them requesting it when I pick up my money at western union on Monday (hopefully). Maybe I should email them now.

Yea you could try that.. but that's what I did and it got me no where LOL

Either way, I wouldn't expect to get the $$ credited back to your acct until you receive the w/d.

It probably took a few days longer than normal simply because of the weekend. It had been "under review" since Friday, so I would think normally it would have been processed a couple of days sooner.

Anybody know approx how many days should pass until I have it at my door? I'd just like to know because there's not always somebody awake and at my house during morning/afternoon hours. I live in Indiana FWIW

Once its process, I believe it is sent out or its being sent out. I would expect your check withing 10 days.

They really made a big improvement with their new cashier options. I just hope they keep on track of it and don't fall behind.

how do the guys that are sitting down with 50k playing 50/100 cash out? or what if you bink and big tourney? cant imagine they go down to the local WU and pull out 20k or so?

I wouldn't count on receiving it for at least a week. I had mine processed in a 1/31 and still have not received it. It looks like the checks are getting backed up again.

If your VIP you can request a bank transfer as a w/d option.

Other than that, idk what you could do. However, the WU max wd is $850

You can withdraw $9900 using the bank wire option from what I have read. But this requires at least Black VIP to use.

There are ways...obviously I'm not going to promote or suggest anything to particular in this thread, but if you have a trusted person another country, they can get money off much more efficiently than in the US.

With the old system, after waiting for what could be a month or two your withdrawal would be approved and then you could expect a check to arrive in 3-4 days.

However, we can't use any of our old experience to guess how long this new system will take. I am still waiting on a courier check withdrawal that was approved on 1/24. My fingers are crossed that it will come this week.

Jeez 1/24 that's pretty brutal. So people go from getting their checks within a week to 2 weeks minimum? I figured there would be backlogs again once withdrawals built up but I didn't think it would be this fast especially since it was processed so fast. I wish I used Western Union now I withdrew about a day before they implemented it. It just doesn't make sense to me that the checks are still being processed really fast but taking forever to be mailed out. I got mine processed a day after I withdrew it and it's been over a week since it was processed. I figured once they are processed that means the funds are ready and the check has been written. If all they have to do is mail the checks out after they are processed how could it take this long... unless I am misunderstanding what having the withdrawal approved and having it processed means?

I honestly don't know, but I would think that prior to Feb 5 it would be in the Merge system & after it would be in Lock's inhouse cashier's system.

If it was in the merge system how were people getting their checks within a week? When the withdrawals went down on the lock cashier prior to them upgrading the cashier, everyone withdrew on the casino side. This is what I did so I'm not sure if those checks go through the merge network or not but I only did it because people were receiving their checks extremely fast. I also was not aware of the new WU method coming up because Rizen did not include that in his post.

Just aggravating that it was approved so fast because I can't cancel it now and use WU. Basically got insta approval and now have to wait the normal 2-3 weeks instead of a few days for WU. Not sure how long bank wires are taking but if those are quicker than this I would definitely want to use those since I got black VIP.

So i take it the checks prior to the new cashier that were used on the casino side have no correlation to how long the checks will take on the new lock cashier?

It is from the Lock system. They rolled it out on the Casino side about a week before the cashier became integrated for the poker client.

My guess is that the first super quick batch was the very first batch that they sent out. My withdrawal from 1/24 is probably the start of a new batch that people haven't started to receive yet. Being "processed" in the new method doesn't mean the same as being "approved" by the old method.

Has anybody here received a courier check requested after 1/24?

I withdrew by western union on 2/3. It was in progress Sunday at 11:43am. And I still haven't gotten the email telling me it's been processed. I thought it should only be in progress for a few minutes.

Ya know what...you're a frick'in cry baby. Let me see if i understand this: You're mad that you'll only be getting your check in 2-3 weeks instead of 2-3 months like it used to be because of others' fortunately receiving theres fast.
Grow the F_CK UP!! And, he did include the WU option coming in his post. As it turned out, it actually ended up better than what was promised you ingrate. Lower than "Black" & "Black Elite" are actually able to use it also up to $850.

When you cashed out you didn't expect it any faster, but now upon hearing of others' "good fortune" your greedy little impatient imp of a self feels the need to whine.

^^ It will come, don't worry. You wont receive your MTCN until you go "in progress" then once you go "processed" they send you an email with everything you need to go pick up your WU.

I'm also beginning to get a little worried, I cashed out via western union early on the 3rd, and my withdrawal has been listed as "in progress" since the 5th. I'm sure I'm going to get it but I'm a little worried.
