Anyone else finding the cashier offline at the moment?
02-01-2012 , 04:31 PM
was wondering same thing how long does it take for the WU to be processed seeing they charge 10%
02-01-2012 , 08:10 PM
How long does it take to receive a check by courier? And is Lock still going for .85 in the transfer thread or is it going for more than that?
02-01-2012 , 08:56 PM
how long does it take for the western union once you request it on the casino side? If the first withdrawal is truly free each month then why does it automatically deduct 10%? Do you have to email support to get reimbursed that 10% like you had to do with that 15 dollar fee for checks in the mail? Clarification on the turn around times for this withdrawal method would be greatly appreciated Rizen/Lock Support. Thanks.

Perhaps a dumb question, but where is the Lock Cashier? I'm looking all around the client and I see no button/link/etc for "Cashier".

Requested a $500 check today. I'll post when I get it processed and received. Hoping for the best. I trust Rizen.

Hi Joe,

Western Union payouts are done much faster, within 72 hours. I am confirming with our Cashier Manager if the WU fee is refundable. Once I hear back I will let you know immediately.
All my best,

Yes. My past two withdrawals have both been converted from check to WU very fast when i requested check by courier on the casino side. they just converted them for me. i didn't even ask but w/e. fee for the check was just included in my withdrawal. They just send you a control # with info. write that down and take it to a WU and fill out a receive form and they just give you cash.

i have a withdrawal that was approved on 1/31 but i haven't heard anything about it yet via e-mail. i e-mailed them so i hope i get the # soon.

Question, so do you have to pay any fees using the Western Union if it's your first withdrawal of the month? I read a few posts earlier where people e-mailed in to get the fees taken off is this true? Seems like they should just automatically take the first withdrawals fees off.

Do you have to have done a Western Union deposit to use it for withdrawal? Also, is there any processing fee when doing WU withdrawal? Not talking about the 10% they hit you with from Western Union.

Courier check

Requested: 1/23
Processed: 1/24

Not yet received.

Don't get overexcited. I'm still expecting it to arrive in the next week or so, but I wanted to let people know that getting a courier check in 2 or 3 days is probably not very likely.

Overall, I am happy about the new options though. Definite improvement.

Has any one succesfuly received a wu transfer yet?
02-04-2012 , 01:06 AM
Withdrew $450 via Western Union on 2/1/12. It came out to $405 after fee's, however, they are reimbursing(sp?) me once the payment goes through. I had to email them to verify that.

2/1/12 - Requested
2/2/12 - Authorized
2/3/12 - In progress

I am going to email them for my MTCN #. Hopefully I can pick this up tomorrow!

Got the MTCN number via email a few hours ago, roughly 56 hours after initial cashout. So within the 3 day time frame, well done for once Merge. Barring a freak accident on the 3 minute walk to my WU local store I will post when money is in hand to make it official. But 99.9% looking good for US players if you can suckup the 10% on multiple cashouts within the same month.
