just click on the casino tab on when u open up the poker and it will take you to a page and you can transfer from the poker side to casino side there. It will show you all the cashout options.

When Rizen was explaining the new cashout options, he didn't mention that we would no longer be able to withdraw from the poker side. I'm assuming this is a temporary glitch while they set up the new options on the casino.

Although if Lock was going to temporarily remove the poker withdraw buttons you think they'd let us know. Hopefully he or that generic lock support person will have the courtesy to come here and update us.

I was looking at the casino withdrawal options. Western Union is now going to be a regular option to withdraw?

So we trade one withdrawal method for another. They are claiming that their withdrawals will be faster but who knows its thats really true or how long it will last.

So if I requested a check on the poker side a week ago can this still be processed or should I cancel it and try the casino side?

So I try the new withdrawl method and when I hit the transfer button from poker to Casino, I get a message "cannot transfer funds while there is an active bonus". I don't have any bonus in my poker account (finished it), so I'm assuming its the bonus in my casino (from Poker). I played out my casino bonus, and there is 87 cents left. It tells me that that is not enough to bet with... so now I'm stuck. Can't use my casino bonus up and can't transfer money to the casino to withdrawl... sucks... Rizen, please help. I don't want to withdrawls in the near term, but I don't want to have this problem when I'm ready to withdrawl. User name is: Yosemitebear Hopefully, I'm missing something.

@yosemite, first of all it's weird that your bonus didn't disappear. When I went down to .35 it went away.

In any case, you can get rid of the remaining change on one of the slot games. If for some reason the bonus is still active, contact support or Rizen and I'm sure they can take care of it for you.

Guys, I HIGHLY suggest you transfer your funds to the casino side and w/d through western union. I was talking to a few Lock poker reps and they assured me that its a 48hr process and that you will be able to pick up your money after 2 days!!

I req. $415.25 via western union friday night, so I expect to get paid either today or tomorrow (most likely tomorrow)!

WU is free the first time, your only allowed to w/d once a week max is $850 (or$875) though.

So now I transfered $200 to the casino side to test it out and a couple of things.

1. There is no Western Union option.

2. The other option I can see (US) is "check by courier", but the problem is there is a $500 min to withdrawl. A little high, but not a big problem except what if I want to quit and withdrawl my $. Am I being forced to play until I lose it all or get to $500? Again, I have no plans to stop playing at Lock, but you never know.

3. Again, maybe I'm missing something

Any info on whether you can have multiple check withdrawals going at once? Apparently this is possible to do, but Im assuming it's just a glitch they haven't worked out yet.

1. I have a WU cashout requested right now, so I don't know why you don't have that option. I hope I get mine!

2. They are in the process of updating the cashout methods. I'm sure a lot of this will get straightened out over the next couple of weeks. Check out the thread in this forum that says "New Cashout Option on Feb 1st", or something to that effect.

If I have accounts on other merge skins, and have a withdrawal requests pending on another skin, can I also have a withdrawal request on lock also? (or do you share cash outs methods and that's not allowed?)

I have a couple of questions about courier check on the casino side:

1. How long does it take to receive the money this way?

2. Do they refund your first withdraw fee each month, like the $15 on the poker side?

A lock poker rep assured me that it takes 24 - 48hrs. So we shall see. Its been just about 48hrs for me, however, today is a Sunday. We shall see tomorrow...

I don't have any withdrawal options in the casino. I contacted support and the assured me that the "official" roll out of the options is February 1st. I guess everyone else just runs better than me. WU is going to be a great method. I hope it lasts this time.

I am expecting it to come through tomorrow, but who really knows? I emailed rizen AND support because I don't want them forgetting about me.

I withdrew 500 via WU on the 20th, got an email, and just have been waiting. Now I just checked under my account history that there is a second entry where it says it was approved on the 22nd but i haven't been notified at all by lock that my money is ready to be picked up so I assume approved does not mean "go get your money."

Nothing yet so far..

Mine still says "REQ" and no emails. I am going to bug the s*** out of them about it too
