can anyone answer the question about wire transfers over 25k?

I like the site but I'm not confident with the cash out procedure. I cashed out a check on the poker side like 3 months ago and it was a smooth process and took like 3 weeks. Now it looks like its a mess. Does anyone have any cash out success stories lately? Thanks

I'm pretty sure the only wire transfers Lock has done to US players have been for ones who won the bad beat jackpot. No chance of getting one otherwise.

You can only request 1 on the poker side and one on the casino side at once.

US player. I verified my account before cashout. So, I requested a check via the poker side about two weeks ago, and it still says "Pending approval" in the Cashier. This is normal, correct? It will probably get approved in the next two weeks?

You mention able to wire transfer badbeat money. Who do I contact? Need to remove easiest possible way.

Did you hit the BBJ? If so, I would recommend contacting either ebes or LockRizen on 2+2, or send an email to lock support.

I would not suggest emailing support as they are certainly less competent than FTP support which is pretty sad!

ebes12 or lockrizen, rizen is out of town stilll for another ~1 week

Son hit it on his account! (i am never that lucky) I saw Rizen is out of town how do i contact Ebes? I want my son to cash out asquickly as possible it sure will help with tuition and I worry about another lock down
