The moment online poker gets legalized in the U.S. the floodgates are going to open up again and better sites will leave Merge in the dust (unless they improve their cash outs soon.) Until then I reluctantly play on their site. Just like TheVillageGrinder, I too am unmotivated to play as much as I used to.

I would think that when it is legalized, as you say, then the cashouts wont be a problem at all. They(merge) are dancing a delicate dance regarding processing and any U.S. player should be happy to have a decent place with decent traffic to play. Yes I think merge is decent but I understand it is not stars.

that was my point. when there are other alternatives (new competitors) you have to step up your game otherwise Merge will be left in the dust. I am sure they know they need to build a good rapport with the customers they have at the moment.

Oh and by they way, whats the point of playing if you can't even see your money in a timely fashion? I almost two months waiting and still haven't even been approved.

finally got my casino side cashout from sept 4th. about 8 weeks exactly. got paid cash via western union. Was a pretty simple process and wish it could be done that way more often. overall im pleased with the payout but still upset that it took so long.

So did they give you WU after you complained for the Xth time? Just wondering how it got to that.

Also, do you mind saying, was this a 3 or 4 figure cashout?

i sent them about 8-10 emails asking if i can do western union and they said they dont offer that anymore. I cant stand this bull**** support!!! good to know you ended up getting your money though.

Ive had almost 90 emails now with support and its been about 2 months. so they kept telling me to cancel my check and they would move it over to the poker side and expedite my check and it would be here in 2 weeks. When i check my history nothing has changed although they say they already moved it and expedited it. what should i do?

not sure what you can do here. I know for sure that they still will do the WU only in outstanding cases. I would email rizen in your case and be patient you are obv gunna get you money but it will just take time.

also in the meantime guys....DONT CASH OUT VIA CASINO... THERE IS A HUGE BACKLOG

There is a 7 day wait period to withdraw after a transfer, but no play through requirements. Also if said player had enough of their own funds in their account they could withdraw immediately.

For example:

Player A transfers $1000 to player B who has $500 in their account. Player B could withdraw up to $500 for the next 7 days then any amount up to the full $1500 after that.

Player C transfers $1000 to Player D who had $5000 in their account. Player C would have $5000 withdrawable for the next 7 days then any amount up to $6000 after that.

I've held back on the flaming on Lock, because I know Rizen is doing all he can for us, but I'm beyond incredibly frustrated after the many things I've put up with and this that happened two days ago. I emailed support asking about my cashouts and was able to get my poker side check expedited.

In order to get my poker side check expedited they canceled my casino side check that was for 3k($500) more and was pending for over a month. They never said anything about canceling the casino side in order to expedite my pokerside( and I don't see why the hell they would have to cancel it.) I never sent them an email approving this either. My poker side was already pending for 3 weeks and my casino side longer. So now MAYBE I'll receive my poker side check a week ahead of time and I have to wait another month extra for my casino side check since I just now rerequested it. Also I have a lot more in my account waiting to be cashed out due to"backlog" and waiting 4-8 weeks for each check.

Support cancelled my casino side check and basically told me to transfer from the casino side to the poker side and cashout Meanwhile I already had a pokerside pending for 3 weeks that I've emailed a few times about, my casino side check was pending for a month, and I have over 15k waiting to be cashed out. So it looks like I'll have to wait at least a month extra to receive the 3k check on the casino side and a % of my money and due to this.

Rizen, if you could help me on this I'd really appreciate it. I'm truely disgusted. I don't see why on earth they cancelled my casino side check. Waiting 2 months for it is sick enough, but when support does something like this. I don't know what to make of it. Below are just two of the emails I received too....

I appears thatin order to get any funds we should only cash out from poker side. If this is the case should we cancel CASINO side cashouts to speed up the process on our own? I feel like Rizen is helpful but I believe the issue is beginning to look like DOJ will act before large amouts can be removed. If you win a BBJ there needs to be a better way than $2500 per 8 weeks. At 5000every 4 months this will take over 3 years to clear the money my son won. He will be out of college and working if DOJ doesn't collect his money before he does. The amount of dividends he could receive is shredded by sitting in a non-interset account. My feelings are that he may never see much of this money and BBJ is a farce if you win. Not a flame just a heck of a lot of frustration. I hope Rizen bosses aren't stringing him along as they clean out money to untraceable accounts. BBJ money is great but untouchable.

how do you get to the casino withdrawals? i can't even view my pending casino cashout anymore?? much less cancel it....

I think it was discussed on previous pages. One way is to download the lock casino client separately (rather than access it from the poker client). The cashier appears different for some reason when you do it this way, and you can view your withdrawals.

I agree. Makes you wonder, how much longer can this go on for?
