Has anyone withdrawn casino side around Aug. 8th and still have it saying requested?

just curious if anyone has got their check if your check was requested/processed around the same time.

My check was approved on 9-11 on casino side n I've still yet to receive it

wow i was reading on the regular forum about merge checks bouncing...is it better just to withdraw from casino side through lock? any thoughts rizen? thanks

I can advise on this better later today. Talking with Merge for the 3 Lock users i'm aware of that had issues.

got my poker-side check today. I think I requested it 9/1 (within a day or two of that). What's odd is that I have a CASINO-SIDE check that I requested AUGUST 4 (!!!), that still has not been approved. So the poker side is much faster. I'll let you know if it bounces.

+1 I got my poker side in about 3 weeks, casino was processed 9/16 is going on 5-6 weeks like everyone elses.

Requested cashout via Neteller 09/18 - received money 09/20.

This is through the poker cashier not casino. Very happy it was under a month.

at this point i feel like if i cancel my 8/1 casino request i'll get it faster through poker side. hmm...

I would recommend not cancelling it since it should be very close to getting processed. Maybe with your next cashout you can try the "poker side" and hopefully you will have a much quicker time frame.

i've been ''processed'' since 9/16, got an email from the processor saying it would be in next batch. everytime i've gotten this email before its gotten here the following week so for it to not come this week is out of the ordinary so far. maybe it'll come tomorrow

i'm fine with waiting but i don't want them to email me saying processed and in next batch then waiting another 2-3 weeks. would rather them just be upfront

Poker side. I requested a cashout from the casino side on the same day and that one is still pending.

Thanks, let us know when it clears. Some instances of bounced checks lately.

I was assured multiple times over the last 5 weeks that my check would go out in "the next batch".
I am convinced that lock customer support ,security teams ,and possibly Lock itself are completely incompetent. The only reason that any buisness whatsoever is the lack of options post black friday. Well now I have a few better options and I will no longer give lock my buisness.
7 weeks waiting on a check that may bounce/may come somtime is unnaceptable. Lock has shown their inability to handle payouts and is involved in a large sketchy ordeal known as the "girah scandal".In which Lock Lied to its customers about their findings and or were grossly incompetent on the part of their security team.
Rizen is a great guy but having not known him before this ordeal and having him represent lock now, It's my opinion that whatever "credibility" he had before signing on to "rep" lock is gone for me.

I just read this on the other cashout thread and thought it was close to the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

So everyone remember. You have to contact RIZEN immediately after every cashout. Because if you dont. You wont be a "priority" on Locks end. It seems our bills arent time sensitive like other peoples.

RIZEN remember 4 weeks ago when I told you I was feeding myself and my dogs rice? You said you would expedite my cashout? Still no check, still feeding dogs rice. I take responsibility for being a bad provider for me and my dogs. How bout you take responsibilty for having a terrible customer service team. Also acknowledge that nothing you have done through multiple attempts to expedite my issue has been successfull.
