just had a check bounce, any1 else having similar problems?

i really dont see how this is going to get any better. there have been many things that have went wrong recently. and the longer cashouts are not helping one bit.

when was it requested originally and when did you receive it? that sucks

just came to 2+2 specifically for this reason... I know I haven't been waiting long at all, but can someone tell me about what I can expect based on the details below, and if there is anything I can do to help my situation? Thanks!

Washington state can only do a poker withdrawal Our processor on the casino side can't send checks to WA state. Sorry

Also, I have a question about this check fee nonsense. I realize that we get one free check per month which is nice, but the way it is set up, we will always have to leave $15 in our Lock account because of the fee?? That's kind of lame.

I wouldn't say 'always' but for the forseeable future yes. Until the share cashiers allow us to put the feature in automatically we are forced to do it manually. Since we're the only room that I know of that does this, I don't see it being a priority to change

I sent you the requested information regarding my withdrawal check that bounced. It has been 1 week since I sent the attachments out to you and have not heard a reply. I also sent a follow up email.

I understand you are busy but I am looking for a reply; Do you have any information for me regarding the bounced check?

they deducted the $15 fee out of my withdrawl, so if you cashed out $1000, your check will be for $985, etc. so it doesn't affect your balance.

What's the time frame for receiving the check after being approved(poker side)?

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I have been reading through this whole thread as I just started playing Lock a few weeks ago. When I requested for my first withdrawal, more than 5 business days had passed and nothing happened. I did send emails asking and I did get prompt replies from their CS dept. I requested my withdrawal on Sept. 6 and funds were sent and received on the 16th. Keep in mind I use Moneybookers, so it could be why the funds were sent sooner than those of you who request checks and rightfully have to if you're in the US. I'm in Canada. I did request another withdrawal on the 16th, so I'll post back when this one comes.

Got one approved today from an Aug 29th request as well.

I have a check request from Aug. 8th, and Aug. 20th. that still hasn't been approved or authorized. I don't really care about waiting all that much, I just want to make sure that this is normal, and that I have nothing to worry about. At this point I refuse to play on Lock poker until I get some answers. I've e-mailed support and have heard nothing. I've posted several times in this thread and have gotten no real responses. This is starting to get stupid. I understand that you are busy Rizen, but please look into this for me.

Had to retract my last deposit since there was no repsonse from live or email support to help me clear up the transaction.

Lack of support is starting to get scary for people trying to get new money on.

has anyone received a check from the 9-16 processed batch?

I've had one cashout go through before and the check arrived the day after it was approved. I've heard other people say 3-7 days though.

Rizen, I saw you post a while back that Lock will be taking measures to get cashout speeds down to ~3 weeks. Are you able to provide any further information on how they plan on doing this, or at least if it is still a likely scenario?
