For those relocating and opening MB accounts. I had to first deposit $10 onto Lock with MB before withdrawing with MB. Made cashout one hour after $10 deposit and it hit my MB account in 3 days.

i take it your a cash player seeing as that is mainly the only thing that is worth playing on lock. tournys are ok but sngs are pointless. why are you still on lock if you relocated. I would be back on stars asap

I was playing on lock post BF. It was a lot faster/easier to pull money off lock to MB, then to make bank wires. I play HU and will be playing on lock again once the dust settles.

My casino check statuses are as follows:

Requested: August 2nd
Authorized: August 25th
In Progresss: 9/11 at 9:45 am

The status is still in progress. Under the "in progress" description it says that normally this status will only last a few minutes. It has been two and a half days now. There has been no response from support. We are approximately at six weeks.

Once again, I'll ask, when is the next batch of checks going out?
Three Mondays have come and past since being authorized and nothing.
Rizen, please help provide some insight or even a little bit of hope.


P.S Check has been pending for a couple of weeks now on poker side also.

No. I requested one a few days earlier than you and didn't get authorized. I really hope this means I won't have to wait another 5-6 weeks for the next batch of checks. That would really suck.

Also Rizen, any reason why the Casino checks are taking so much longer?

no it was ups, and no further notice, just showed up at my door.

I wouldn't worry I'd just plan to wait for a long time. Has anyone had a casino check status as "in progress" since 9/11 at around 9:45 a.m? Check statuses are only supposed to be in this state for a few minutes, but it has been 4 days.

Rizen has emailed support twice for me and I am still waiting to hear back. Thank you for all of your help Rizen. Without Rizen's support, there is little chance I would continue playing on Lock.

i had the same the same thing. requested august 2nd, authorized around the end of august, in progress sept 11, and today got an email saying the payment has been processed. so i guess it should be here in the next few days. at 6 weeks+ right now
