re: Lock Poker cashout thread (10 WEEK MINIMUM WAIT) - not a transfer thread (see OP)

Sometimes this make me thing how is managing this site. Looks like some newbie CEO.

The rule number one to have a sucess poker site is
FAST CASH OUT SERVICE or CASH OUTS WITH A DEFINED TIME

The CEO of lock was smart enough to decide to change network . And dont see that for the majority of person after black friday what matters is having the cash safe . And the hability to know how long it takes to receve the cash.

Why dont do a post telling info to people.

Checks 20-35 days , never less and never more.
Moneybookers - 10-15 days ,never less never more.
Western union - 5-10 days ,never less never more.

Something on that lines , and if for some reason the time is more they send us a email telling that and how many more days we should expect. Just this will get them more a few hundred players.

If people have rules they will know when they will get the money and no more complains in foruns.

As simple as this.

Or problable is just me that like to live in a world with rules when my money is involved.

re: Lock Poker cashout thread (10 WEEK MINIMUM WAIT) - not a transfer thread (see OP)

Date requested: 15th July
Number of emails sent: 3
Last email sent: 24th July
Response: none....
Type of payment: Moneybookers

When I checked few days ago in 'History' in my Cashier it said the below:
Current cash out status on Lock: 'DF-Moneybookers Withdrawal Requested' (since 15th July)

Checked again today... nothing in 'History'.

Come'on Lock, what's going on?

Are checks still bouncing for anybody? I'm wondering if I should do WU or just wait for a check?

re: Lock Poker cashout thread (10 WEEK MINIMUM WAIT) - not a transfer thread (see OP)

Check Req'd: 6/12
Check Processed: 6/21
Check Received: 7/23
Check taken to Bank: 4-6 week hold as the routing number is foreign therefore could be fraudulent as their check processors can't read them. Plus the bank on the check in non-us, so it's international, and all major banks in Arizona have stated the same response, 4-6 hold as it goes through collections. Seems as though this was the only choice after hitting most major banks and receiving the same response...so 4-6 unfortunately started yesterday...let's hope the ckeck does not bounce nor take as long as indicated...Will Update!

I've never had a check bounce from lock fwiw. If Western Union isn't a hassle for you it seems that may be the better way to go.

They did have a batch of checks bounce. Though from what I have heard it was all one batch and isolated. I'd still recommend WU as it's WAYYYYYY faster than checks have been.

Check Requested 6/3, approved 6/21, not yet received.

Check Requested 6/27 and still under review.

Seeing people who were approved on 6/21 got theirs....anybody else approved that date who hasn't received there check other than me?

Unless you need multiple cashouts per month, there is no reason not to use WU and avoid all these waits. Remember to ask for your fee back once per month. Cashouts seem to be taking be taking about 12 days from request to cash in hand...not bad.
