Hey, I already have a real money account on Lock but haven't deposited yet because I live in Washington State, USA and I've heard that Lock doesn't send checks to WA addresses. Has anyone encountered this or know someone who has? I live right next to the Oregon border so I know people with addresses there or I could get a P.O. box?

I've asked lock support for clarification but haven't heard back in some time.

anyone can send me a pm if they have other means of cashing out or advice

I verified my account earlier this week and have since tried twice to withdraw back to neteller which is how I deposited (I'm UK based). Both times the transaction has failed and I get the following:

Accompanying the first failure was an additional email from Merge customer service which said there was a error with the processor and I should just resubmit the withdrawal request and it would be fine. So that's what I did and of course it was declined again with a repeat of the email above.


This is the email I just sent them:

Why is it being declined??!! My account is verified but this is the 4th time. "unknown error" really isn't good enough.

Moneybookers or cash transfer aren't even listed as options on my withdrawal page anyway, although I don' t see why I can't withdraw back to neteller.

My confidence in your site is lessening all the time.

Please respond ASAP.

I was told last Sunday night that my casino check would go out in the next batch never came last week :/

Poker side. Casino is ridiculous now. It's saying for me that I can only cash out once a month and Elle cancelled two that I had pending that had to wait 7 days to request to cashout. I guess you can only have one pending now. There saying poker side is 3 weeks and casino is 4+ it seems.

support elle finally told me my check from 8/1 will be sent out in next batch and its authorized, even though it doesnt say authorized when i look at it. will update when it comes in

so no one is getting withdraws within 3 weeks anymore? Rizen any plans to change this? I mean I understand its tough to get money out to people with the current situation, but be upfront about the time table.

Casino Requested August 1st
Authorized August 25th

Repeatedly told it will go out in next check batch. On week three of that and once again another Monday/Tuesday passes.

Is it still listed in the cashier as 'approved' or has it disappeared from the pending withdrawals screen? Previously, when one was sent out it would disappear from the pending withdrawals screen and move over to another part of the cashier under completed, and at that point it would take ~5 business days.

I'm just catching up on all my messages now, will put in a request on the status of payouts right now.

No, it's an either/or thing, you can get a free check via casino or poker. Obviously since casino has the higher fees I'd request that one, although they may do it in the order they were requested.

I'm in the same boat requested 8/4 got authorized the 25th told it would go out in the next batch and its still just authorized. Not sure what the deal is I've had a check pending on the poker side for a month now also.

They reimburse one check fee per month. The casino side checks are $25, poker side $15. You now have to have a poker side check requested before you can request a casino check. The poker side seems to be faster for some people right now anyway, so i would request a check through the poker side. You can email support right after you make the WD i believe.

I have two cashouts pending casino side. One on 8/8/2011 and another on 8/20/2011, do ou suggest I cancel them and cashout via poker side?
