I originally requested two checks - one from the poker side and one from the casino side on 8/7. I busted my acct a few days ago so I funded it by cancelling my poker side check. My casino request is still pending since 8/7 and I am hoping it won't be cancelled due to me not having one requested on the poker side (since I had had one requested there this whole time until a day ago). It's extremely frustrating that I haven't seen any update/upgrade to my casino check since 8/7 and it would be even more frustrating if it was cancelled even though I did have a poker side check requested this whole month up until now. Can you make sure that my casino check doesn't get cancelled? Thanks for your continual help

I did also notice that "Processed" does not mean that the check was sent out, which I thought it did. The check print date was 8/27/11, even thou I got an email that my check was processed 8/22/11.

+1 Why the hell are you naming processors? Do you realize how much help you are giving the DOJ to shut them down? FFS.

LOL!!! You think the DoJ can't figure out who is sending the money out already? How easy is it for them to create an account and request a cashout? Hmm, if I can do it...they can too.

Well, they actually can't open an account right now since Merge is not taking any more U.S. accounts. Also, while it may be true that they can figure it out on their own, there is no reason to hand it to them on a silver platter.

Yeh turns out they cant create an account right now and doubt they will ever open up to the U.S. customers again on merge anyway.

Wasnt easy but today I received a check that I requested on July 22nd. US customer. Cashout was done on the casino side.

Without Rizen im pretty sure it may have been twice this long. Rizen was very helpful when I approached him about a week ago. The regular Lock customer support was unresponsive and maybe even a little misleading or at least unsure about the info they were telling me. Thanks Rizen.

Today I just had money withdrawn from my bank account from a transaction that was originally submitted May 2nd.... I went and looked at my bank records and that is the same day I made my first deposit on Lock Poker.....I can't remember if I had tried that same day and my deposit got denied and this is still that same transaction but this seems very weird to me..... I am not on my personal computer so I cant check my records on Lock yet.

This happen to anyone else?

Requested 8/5 on poker side, still not approved. This would be my 2nd cashout. 1st was received last month via the giftcard which luckily I withdrew all the cash from the day I received it. I had maybe 10-20 bucks left on it and when I tried to use it was declined. Went to the website firstdebitgold.com and the cards are all shut down and it directs you to contact their attorney in Texas. I will not deposit again on lock and don't even feel like it's really worth my time to try to build my roll up again with the $ I have left on lock. Who knows if I'll ever see it???

Once you've checked your records send your username/e-mail to rizen@lockpoker.com if you want me to make sure it gets looked at. i've never heard of this happening before, but obviously it's the sort of thing that is taken very seriously and I'll make sure it gets looked at ASAP.

Slow cashouts are understandable, but the communication really needs to be improved. I made my cashout request on 8/12 based on information I had received (multiple times) telling me that I could expect 2-3 weeks wait, and I had a clear expectation to receive those funds before the first of the September. If the timeline is different, then tell me so instead of stringing me along with BS responses (not Rizen, support correspondence).

I still have received no response to an email on Aug 26, nor an email on Aug 29. If not for being a member on 2p2 and having Rizen here, I would feel completely in the dark at this point.

Lock Poker responds when you click on their Live Chat, and you send them an email. Very rarely do they respond to a regular email.

When I started playing Lock (July 1) I was pleasantly surprised by the timeliness of support. The first handful of queries I made were responded to very quickly, my verification went smoothly, etc. The past 3-4 weeks this hasn't been the case. And their player base has reached a plateau imo, so clearly the volume is not the deciding factor.

SO i got my check after waiting a month and a 1/2 and i went to deposit it today and when i look at my banking online, it says its still processing. Should i be worried it wont cash? I thought business checks cleared as soon as u deposited them but i may be wrong

wtf lock, my check was processed the 1st. Its now the 31st and you still havent given me any information. What is going on? I keep emailing and getting no response. I want to knw whats going on.
