I think you might be just missing it. I can confirm there is only a single deleted post in the last 100 posts and it isn't one of yours.

Finally decided to email support after over 5 months even though I know it is pointless. Here is the response:

Hello,

Our sincerest apologies for the delay. I see that your check is on route, but I will ask our Check Processor to put a trace on your check. Once I have news, I will contact you again.

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
Many thanks,

Shane, so I have been attempting to request a cashout for a couple weeks now, but my cashier says it's not linked to my moneybookers correctly. I've tried to send about 3 different emails to cashier@lockpoker.eu, but never got a response. Can you help me out? How can I contact you about getting this cashout in motion? Thanks

Somehow Lock support still thinks a "processed" check actually means its on route. Kind of amazing.

Hey guys I suggest you pass any information to your local or federal government agency the issues of theft you have experienced and they should follow up. I just posted in another thread about this topic where I've seen several people submit complaints on the FBI's cyber crimes website. It is effective from what I gain. They investigate any claims especially when they're claims that are repetitive like this thread is proving. Hopefully this helps you ultimately get the restitution you all deserve and gives Lock management what they deserve: a prison cell, stripped of all their ill-gained assets. The US government has proven that people who scam any americans will eventually be caught up to and tracked down like the criminals they are so they can no longer do this to innocent people.

Shane why is nobody getting paid? Why does lock keep lying to everybody in there emails? Why does lock keep accepting deposits but not paying out? Does Lock even have the money to pay out? How do you feel representing a poker room that doesn't care about its players?

People are getting paid out and we are getting caught up with the previous backlog in a hurry.

Admittedly the true test is maintaining the momentum but great progress is being made.

Shane,
I find this insulting. Sure a few players in the grand scheme of thing have received their money, but the people who have waited the longest continue to be ignored. You had state over the weekend that you were putting a trace on these and would contact those players immediately. It has been 4 days without a peep. How hard can it be? Honestly, probably 30 seconds to figure out what is going on. You run on here and post whenever something positive happens but have no answers for others.

I recently requested a withdrawal on Bovada and received a check in 7 days. Not only that they immediately emailed me with a tracking # and for the next 3 days I knew exactly where the check was. They also called me the morning they were going to deliver to tell me to leave a signature on the door if I was going to be gone.

I hate to bring up another site on this forum, but you wanna celebrate a couple people receiving funds quickly and others are celebrating and praising lock for getting paid in 3 months. I think that says a lot about the operation you guys are running. WHERE THE HELL IS MY CHECK???

Please don't do this people. If lock is investigated by the FBI then the chances of us getting paid go from slim to none.

All I've been hearing is "great progress" and "and great improvements have been made" for the past 4 months. There's no more need to lie. Just useless lies.
05-15-2013 , 01:48 PM
He's not lying, there is a thread that has all the recent cashouts lately, which seems to be quite a bit, although they still have a ways to go.

Who are you and what's your reason for defending Lock anyway when there clearly a bunch a liars and scams?

As per the other thread it takes a couple of days, when I enquired earlier today I was told we should hear back in the next 24-48 hours.

My bad I wasn't aware I had to go searching for answers when you said you were going to contact us directly because you didn't want to post that info in the forum. You enquirer today when you said you were going to do it over the weekend?

Don't you pay the processed to distribute checks? I work with vendors all the time and if they are getting things done when they say they will they will answer me right now or I will find somebody else. So what's next after you find out obviously the checks are not coming since in your words they were sent weeks ago?
05-16-2013 , 05:32 AM
Check was requested 12/24 Shane I emailed you but no response. The great progress doesn't seem to be that great.

You can read the threads here and see withdrawals being honored. You can also read threads here with withdrawals in delay, whereas withdrawals on sites indicted on Black Friday were not being processed whatsoever with zero hope. I'm so freaking wise that I didn't play on FTP, I made the choice of keeping my stash on AP/UB because I thought I was a smartass. I'm so grateful!

P.S. I don't have $3,000+ on Lock Poker and that is not the main reason it pales in comparison to what occurred on Black Friday.
I'm new to twoplustwo and this is my first post I've been playing on Lock poker for 6 months (although I've had an account for 10 months).

I think it's a very difficult situation playing on lock. I only became aware of all the problem in the last 3 months. I waited a little over 2 months for my first withdrawal which was only 1000usd, which is disgusting (received the money in my moneybookers account/skrill last week mid May 2013). I also know a pro in Thailand who had to wait over 3 months for a withdrawal of around 20,000usd. I find it completely unacceptable the payouts are so slow and this would suggest something must be seriously wrong inside Lock. But if a cash out in the 10's of thousands can eventually be made i'm hopping it's just a cashflow problem. The only small positive i can give is my lock account started with a player transfer and so i have now got a withdrawal that started with a player transfer. So this isolated incident seems to be inline with new 15% rake generation of transferred amount before withdrawal.

I quoted the above text because i like to see that there at least some positive signs. It's very difficult when you have funds of 3000usd+++ on the site and don't know if to build or try get money off and be left with no bankroll to play while waiting for a notoriously slow withdrawal?? All i know is as someone who is new to all these going ons it is v.difficult to sort through all the rants on twoplustwo and find the real info people need to know what to do about their money...

Also i had no idea how to see what was happening with my withdrawal couldn't see it's status of what was happening for the whole time i'd say i wrote to lock support 10 times. Often i would get a response saying because of the nature of your request we have forwarded your query to cashier department. But i never recieved a response from the cashier department once in over 2 months, really bad!!!!!!!
