^^^ That's odd, it's reporting an error trying to send an email through a secure SMTP server (SMTP is the protocol for sending emails). Never seen that one from a poker client and have no idea why you would be getting it.

I am on the strip, so I am unable to check my cashier at the moment, but as of say 1:30pm wst, My checks were still showing up in my cashier history.

That is alarming. Though with all the other ambient noise were are surrounded by in this forum it's hard to hear.

I have requested 3 checks from lock.
The 1st came in 1 week.
The 2nd came within 2 weeks.
But the 3rd has been 5 weeks?

whats going on the checks,? it was taking one week and now its been almost a month. I had a processed on 6/1 after requesting on 5/16. I emailed and called support and still have not got a response
