Is he? I wouldn't doubt that he is. Why would chiefsfan defend shane when we can all clearly see he is paid liar. How can you defend or trust anyone working for Lock at this point. Lock is such a mess. What a shame seriously.

Are people who requested their money through western union getting their money? If so, why aren't we all doing the same? I requested a check last march and received it, so when i requested another check this past december i didn't think there would be a problem like we are currently seeing.. I used to look out the window everytime i hear a truck that sounds like ups/fed ex/, etc.. Now i don't even bother...What a depressing feeling

I think that WU is the quickest way, although you can only get 1 free WU wd per month at a max of 2k, which they send 200 of that back to your account as a refund of the 10% they would have charged.... sucks but the best way at the moment.

Hmmm.. that's interesting.. If that is the case, i feel as though if i cancelled my check, which apparently has been on its' way since march 14th,lol, and ask for a withdrawl via WU, then it might take even longer to receive it as i might get pushed back to the end of the line... Quite the dilemma... What's your situation like?

Day 126 and counting...

I have a long email trail of support repeatedly promising me that I will be in the next payout batch. Every time they say it is coming soon and to be patient and yet I wait. I contact them about every 2 weeks. They promise it is coming soon, apologize, etc. and yet I never get it. This has been going on since early Dec. 2012. Payout requested in mid November.

I have received payouts much quicker in the past. What is going on?

Update: 4/30: Still have not received payout. 161 days and still counting - almost 5 - 1/2 months waiting... Continue to email support about once every other week. Just a new excuse every time.

Be careful of these types of people. They are either A) Clueless on how bad Lock actually has become, B) They are Lock affiliates or C) They are Lock's weak attempted PR campaign to lessen the panick.

Just to give everyone a look at how bad Lock has become, Lock money is being traded for as low as .38 cents on the dollar. This is worse than Full Tilt after black friday for people looking to sell their accounts. It is BAD right now. Get out now while you can or find some idiot you can dump your money to.

Also, Two plus two should be ashamed that they are posting all their banners everywhere on this forum even though they well know Lock is terrible and is NOT in the best interest of the players. I think a petition ought to be started telling two plus two its not okay to be promoting them.

I don't like Lock right now, in fact I kinda hate Lock but I'm sick of people citing these calvin ayre articles as evidence. They literally create articles out of threads in this forum. That's ridiculous. Not as ridiculous as waiting 3+ months for a WU cashout but still ridiculous.

I emailed support 2 days ago and still haven't even received just a generic response. That's definitely a first. Support has always replied back to my emails within the first day.. at the very latest the next day

In the MINUTE chance that Fed Ex came to my house and i missed it, they would leave a note correct? They would also come the next business day for a 2nd attempt at delivery? Even though i've been home every single day since they said i would receive my check by the end of the week(this was like 3 weeks agolol) would fed ex still hold on to my check? Or do they send it back to sender?.. Also, it's fed ex express that delivers it correct?

FedEx makes 3 attempts and leaves notes, no worries check is nowhere in sight waiting since 12/24 here if I get this money just gonna blow it since its unexpected.

Your company has now in my estimation become unplayable. Why play on Lock if a player can't get paid. Even though you say repeatedly the check is coming, at least 10 times now, I see no evidence online or otherwise that Lock is actually able to play its players, and no concrete information is ever given as to the time expectancy to actually receive a check in the phony answer I will receive in this email. I have already warned several of my poker friends not to deposit on Lock, because it is clearly obvious the funds to repay are not there, and as with full tilt poker a "ponzi scheme" of some sort is evidently in effect with the company. Locks reputation in my estimation is lower that it can possibly be for a "gambling" website.

Gambling and gamblers base everything on "reputation." At this point, Lock and the management of Lock, have nothing but a decidedly bad reputation.
I have been a loyal player on Lock since Black Friday. I believe it is my right to not be taken away to do as I wish with the money I earn, up to and including playing online poker. I gave Lock my business, was grateful for the merge network, skeptical about the Revolution change, and at this point faithless in Locks ability to handle the business of paying out what their players have won.
Change my mind, cause at this point, there's no reason to continue playing on Lock.

I have been waiting for over 4 months now and you are continuing to say the check is en route when clearly it isn't. At this point I just want and deserve my money if you have to western union it or whatever. Why in the world is it taking this long and from what I've seen on forums, nobody is getting paid.

5 months? didnt people from april already get theirs?

Requested check 4/29 at 5:50am when I received an e-mail confirming the request. Since then I have not yet received a follow-up e-mail mentioning the processed authorization. I will update when necessary, but I would also like to receive a response from an admin confirming my request as currently being processed.
