Luckily im a breakeven or marginal winning player, but i sware all the fish had to buy the .50 lock money, especially on the weekends you could be on a table 6 max with 5 people over 40vpip. The luckily comment has to due with the fairplay bs.

hey shane ive been waiting over 4.5 months for a cashout, I email support about once a week or so, they give me the same automated responses, multiple times, all in one subject thread of emails, its really annoying.
CSR tells me the check is en route, but yet they cant get a tracking number? Why not? How do they know its en route then? Also, many times I have been told the issue would be forwarded to the cashier and they would be in contact... I have never received an email from the elusive cashier who is the only one who can speak to such matters according to the CS team.
Anything you could tell me or do to help out?

and by same automated responses I mean verbatim, does someone actually read the emails? or does a program dictate one of ten or so responses. I feel like Im wasting my time with lock poker, and it wears more and more everyday.

I get same response as well. Requested 2500 on December 1. Sometimes they tell me it's enroute, other times they tell me they will work it in. "Quinn" actually emailed me for sure it would be here by April 16th. Obviously I emailed him on the 17th and his response was that it should be here very soon. So sick of these clowns

was told i would receive my check WAS IN ROUTEand to expect by the end of the week by customer service(which would have been april 13th)- NO check came.. so i emailed support AGAIN.. They said to expect check shortly.Now it's april 20th STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED CHECK. I will certaintly update the forum when i receive any info or check.
