I requested payouts on the Casino side from 8/13, 8/20 and now 8/28. Since you have to wait 7 days to be able to request a new check on the casino side. I had a check from the poker side that was pending for 10 days that I decided to cancel yesterday because I went on a big downswing at cash. I emailed support about 2 hours ago on the casino side to see what they would say about the timeframe of cashouts would be since its changing and getting longer, I got this response back.

Hello,
The first $3000 has been authorized and will be included in the next check batch. The other 2 have been cancelled since we allow just 1 pending payout at a time. Also, since you are predominantly a Poker player and due to increase in volume in the Casino, please submit a request in the Poker Cashier instead.

I'm was happy that it was authorized, I waited over two weeks on it and no updates on the check until I sent them an email, but that's not the problem. Both of my cashouts that I had to wait 7 days to be able to even attempt to cashout and Elle just cancels them and says that your only allowed one cashout? Everyone has multiple checks waiting to be cashed out on the casino side and your allowed to request more than one payment after WAITING seven days from your last cashout. I'm real fed up with this as a player whose spent over 10k in rake since Black Friday and think its a lot of bull**** to be treated like this. Can you help me on this one Rizen, I don't see why the heck she cancelled both my checks that I waited 7 days to be ABLE to cashout.
I haven't heard of anyones pending checks cancelled, am I the first?
