I requested payouts on the Casino side from 8/13, 8/20 and now 8/28. Since you have to wait 7 days to be able to request a new check on the casino side. I had a check from the poker side that was pending for 10 days that I decided to cancel yesterday because I went on a big downswing at cash. I emailed support about 2 hours ago on the casino side to see what they would say about the timeframe of cashouts would be since its changing and getting longer, I got this response back.

Hello,

The first $3000 has been authorized and will be included in the next check batch. The other 2 have been cancelled since we allow just 1 pending payout at a time. Also, since you are predominantly a Poker player and due to increase in volume in the Casino, please submit a request in the Poker Cashier instead.

I'm was happy that it was authorized, I waited over two weeks on it and no updates on the check until I sent them an email, but that's not the problem. Both of my cashouts that I had to wait 7 days to be able to even attempt to cashout and Elle just cancels them and says that your only allowed one cashout? Everyone has multiple checks waiting to be cashed out on the casino side and your allowed to request more than one payment after WAITING seven days from your last cashout. I'm real fed up with this as a player whose spent over 10k in rake since Black Friday and think its a lot of bull**** to be treated like this. Can you help me on this one Rizen, I don't see why the heck she cancelled both my checks that I waited 7 days to be ABLE to cashout.

I haven't heard of anyones pending checks cancelled, am I the first?

and they just canceled 2 more checks just 2 hours ago, so yea lock has put me in pretty much put me in a bind.

Awesome, I had one check that was supposed to go out in last weeks batch that never arrived, and Elle decided to cancel my other 4 check requests, the first one requested on 7/31, and one every week since. This is total BS. If you're going to change the policy, how can you screw those of us that have had checks pending for weeks? She cancelled all of my requests, so now i have 0 pending cashouts and 12k back in my casino account. So now i have to re-request the check from 7/31 and start the waiting process all over again? The way that all of these changes get implemented is ludicrous to me, glad i get special treatment as a black elite.

In the exact same boat. I'm hoping I'll have check in hand this week otherwise I'm not gonna be happy.

They are doing us Full Tilt style. Funny how checks stop showing up after they quit using tracking numbers. How do tracking numbers draw more attention from the government and how does it increase the risk of them getting intercepted? Seriously, if the governement knows they are going out, a tracking number isn't going to change a thing. Like the rest of the crowd, I had a check that was processed on the 22nd that hasn't arrived yet. It will be interesting to see if anyone receives theirs tomorrow or if a new batch goes out since it's a Monday.

I wouldn't say that, but this is something that needs to be addressed immediately with the cancelled payments. It's completely bullchit, I like Lock a lot and enjoy playing there, but they haven't done a thing to accommodate players who are playing higher stakes or hit a nice score. Before this we could get checks every 2 weeks and request them every 7 days now were going to be able to request one a month since its taking 4-6 weeks on each side and for the same 2.5 and 3k maximum with the wonderful processing fee.

+1 to all of this. Its impossible to play here if you actually make decent $$ at poker. Theres no way to get it fast enough

yeah still waiting on cashout from august 1 to be approved, rizen has contacted who he could through email twice now and they haven't responded to me or rizen in past week or two lol.. he sent another email again hopefully it gets somewhere but i'm feeling sketchy

Same here. I've had one of the pro's and Rizen try to get help with the check form Aug 1.

r u guys referring to poker side checks or casino side? i have also had a casino check under requested since the start of august.

I had a check requested from August 2nd casino side....which finally just moved to authorized on 8/25. Also, I received this email after Rizen contacted support....

Great news........that would put my check at what a month and a half ffs!

U should be thankfull if you get it in a month and half, I am looking at least two months here.

I read a report of merge checks bouncing in the other thread.


Don't think this effects the casino withdraw.

Is there anyone in this thread that can give me hint rather it is better to get casino cash into my poker account and withdraw to neteller or get my poker cash to the casino side and do a checkrequest? Im european as this probably matters. If anyone has payout times i would be really thankful.

I'm starting to get really nervous. I'll be happy when I read that anyone has received a check and it clears. Seems like it's been almost 2 months.

I received a check and it cleared on the poker side. i requested it august 2nd it received it august 15th. on the other hand my casino side check is still under requested from august 2nd. so it looks liek my poker check got here much faster than yours but ur casino check is way ahead of mine. just wanted to let u know i did get a check recently and it did clear

Not one person has confirmed to get a check from the August 22nd batch for the guy that was wondering. It hasnt been two months Samenole I cashed one about a month ago.
