$67.39 Moneybookers (Skrill)
Requested 11/28
Approved ?
Processed ?
Received ???

Customer service first tells me: Allow for the timeframe given.
Customer service tells me: Allow for the timeframe given but we might exceed that.
Customer service tells me: Expect occasional exceeding of time frame.

Now I went to this forum for the first time and it tells me I might have to wait for 6+ weeks

I live in The Netherlands. There's not a legality issue in paying me whatsoever. I feel conned right now. If you say 14 business days, stick to it. Living of interest I should be earning on MY money is just a fraud and nothing else.

B. I have continued to answer with the updates I have as I get them. As I posted earlier this week I reached out to the cashier team on Monday to get updated processing times and they have promised to come back to me this week with that, as soon as I have it I will post it.

You emailed me and told me you spoke with them specifically about my check and they were expediting it. Its been another week and going on 10 weeks. #whenwillitend?

What a charlatan. I lost all respect for you Shane. You continue to make up bs excuses for a poker site which is slow paying their customers like it is the norm for all poker sites. Wake up and smell the coffee. Check other 2+2 cashout threads for poker and you will see Lock is the only site taking 3 months plus to pay.

NO MORE LIES!!!

Lock is the equivalent to a degen guy who owes you money. Always come up with excuses after excuses but good luck in getting paid.

Is check the only cashout option on Lock? Support told me there was a WU cashout option. American player.

They used to offer WU cashout, but shane told us that the option is down for an unspecified reason and assured us that the option will return "shortly". God only knows what shortly means when we're talking about anything that has to do w/ lock cashouts.

I don't even see my cash out request for a check any more. It doesn't show up under pending transactions anymore or whatever. After a certain period of time can you not see it anymore? I requested Nov 9

At the top of the cashier, it says it updates every 30 days, but by this logic my WU withdrawal that was resubmitted on the 15th should be gone too, but it's still there with that ugly word: pending

Thanks for the reply, hopefully this can be the start of a discourse that will lead to players having a better understanding of what's going on and ultimately feeling more comfortable keeping funds on your network.

Why are other skins on the same network, such as Intertops, processing cashouts in around 4 days to MB?

Is there a chance you can explain it to us and help us to understand how things really work as opposed to telling us you are solvent at that we don't understand how things work and just leaving it at that?

Is my account getting held a sign that Im going to get paid soon? Dont even get what that means because I played this morning, then tried to go to my cashier and it gave me a message saying my account was held and to contact support.

I got that message twice, and it was nothing a "glitch" I guess, try playing again.

Has anyone at Rev considered implementing the debit card method that opposing network(s) have had much success with? I mean...come on.

I believe Shane has addressed the difficulty in finding a processor that can handle these debit cards. Basically, finding a trustworthy processor is really hard right now. I would imagine because of that, they are very expensive too? I'm not sure exactly how it works.

I think we should assume if it was easy to implement the debit cards, Lock would do it.

Same thing here. Happened to me a few days ago. Went to talk to live support, they said they couldn't find anything on their end. I logged out, closed out the browser, tried it again and got right into the cashier. Try again, you'll probably have better luck.

Same. Mine was processed on 12/8.
12-26-2012 , 02:34 PM
No, Shane do not respond to PMs any more on all issues related to Lock cashout. If you have issues with deposit options, he will reply back to you faster than you can whip out your credit card.

My 3K check

Requested 10/8
Approved 11/29
Processed 12/8
Received ???

When was the last time you saw Shane and Rizen post on this thread? They have nothing to say about Lock 3 months plus cashout timeframe.

Also, makes me sick to see how Lock runs all these promotions. The best promotion they can do is pay out on time. They list payout timeframe as 6-8 weeks (which is a bs timeframe to begin with). But to top that off... my payout like others are going well passed 6-8 weeks. So good luck in getting your money in their advertised 6-8 weeks timeframe for US players.

Any US players used EcoCard or Skrill?
Wondering what the best option would be to w/d without having to wait 3 months for a check.
