This is exactly the point I am trying to make above. There is a complete failure in how Lock reacts whenever there is a breakdown in the withdrawal process. There seems to be dozens of people ITT who were affected by the bank transfer fiasco. Some have received their money, some haven't. After waiting weeks longer than the initial time frame, then repeatedly hearing new target dates, how many people are happy with the way Lock treated you when this problem arose.
Problems happen that are beyond their control. We can't blame them for that. What we can blame them for is how they respond to those problems.
