what happens if u wanna cash out more then 2500?

One other note, I emailed support for the tracking number since my check was sent out and here is the reply.

"I am afraid tracking numbers are no longer provided by our Check Processor. But your check should arrive in 5-10 business days. Thank you so much for your patience"

What happened to 2-3 week cash out period?

Just a heads up to you guys talking about cashing out on the casino side. You better be playing some of their games or they are going to cancel your check and tell you to cash out on the poker side like they did to me. I had not even thought about having to play casino games, I just play poker.

yeah i cashed out on casino side 8/1 and still requested, if they are going to say now after waiting 3+ weeks that we have to redo it on poker side when they didn't have any announcement, had a rep here saying it was fine, and didn't bother to tell us until all this time after i will be pretty annoyed

Agreed. This is what we were told to do multiple times, so that would just be absolutely ridiculous. Rizen, could you provide any further info?

Has anything Lock or their representatives ever said been true? It's sad this is one of the only sites available to US players because the site is obviously run very poorly. Sigh. Online poker sure doesn't seem worth it anymore.

I send this message to lock support and they gave me the worst awnser possible followed by two days of silence and no response.

Me to Lock Support - "I was told by RIZEN that you can sometimes do WU under 850. Would it be possible for me to cancel my pending check and get a WU for 550? What would the fees be if any?

They completely dodge my question but go out of their way to remind me that I can cancel the check if I want! Requested 7-31 Still pending approval and Lock support is worthless.

Can we please, for the love of God, get an accurate time frame for how long we will have to wait, on average, for a cashout? I mean, I don't know how much you are 'In the loop' regarding cashouts Rizen, but there has to be somebody with a good idea of how things are going. Somebody that can take into account current cashouts, cashouts that will be requested within the next 4 weeks, and so on, and be able to say approx. how long people will have to wait.

It went from 2 weeks to 3 weeks to 4 weeks. Now there are people saying they are still sitting as 'Requested' after over a month? Seriously...

I mean, Rizen's gonna just come in here and say 2-4 weeks is standard when in fact it's not true as all.

I have an active deposit bonus with a significant portion of money unearned. I have yet to try cashing out through the poker side because I get a notification saying all current bonuses will be voided or whatever. I'm pretty sure at one point you said to ignore that because that isn't the case. Can you confirm/deny what will happen if I try withdrawing on the poker side with some of the depo bonus unearned? thank you sir

You will not lose any bonuses by withdrawing on the poker side, I can confirm.

Last I was told was ~3 weeks. I'm asking the operations manager for an update on if that's still accurate now, although obviously from some of the feedback I'm seeing here at the very least it's not accurate for everyone.

I do know that people with more than 1 pending request and no requests on the poker side are being asked to put in a request on the poker side and having their additional pending requests cancelled as an effort to keep volume under control on the casino side. Poker checks are a little faster right now anyways so anyone that isn't using that in addition definitely should.

I'll let everyone know if my ops manager gives me different information.

Something is going to need to change in your security system. Be it your methods or whatever.

You cant spend 2+ weeks analyzing the account of every person who requests a cashout. Whats gonna happen if your site ever goes big?

Stars had great security and over 200,000 players. When i requested a cashout it processed right away. No one had to take 2 weeks to look to see if I scammed anyone.

Cant you guys get a different method of security?

We are living in a post black Friday world. This is not stars.
